Just picked up my husband's car and the tinting seems to be done well. However, there were car seats and a children's mirror that was left in the car. Upon returning home, the children's mirror was completely torn off and unusable. We just spent close to $1,000 and for them to just completely damage our property in such an unprofessional matter was so disheartening. We will not be going back. read more

Appointment: I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time with Ravi and was confirmed for 12pm. Upon arrival, I was instantly greeted despite them having a customer already. I turned around and noticed a fish tank that had Dory, Nemo, and Merlin all in the tank. (Ravi later told me he also had a puffer fish, but it kept eating the other fish LOL). Visit: After discussing the different options and shades, I went with the ceramic 35% front, 5% rear. Ravi was very knowledgeable with what is "legally acceptable" and what is "you'll probably get pulled over". In case he doesn't get around to telling you, there's also a piece of paper on the wall with the same information. When I initially asked for the quote for my CX-5, I miscounted the number of windows I had and realized I had more than what I told Ravi. Fortunately, the price is the same (which is awesome considering many tint shops charge by the number of windows). Depending on how many people are working on your car, the installation time could range between 1 hour and 3 hours. Ravi and the "other guy" (should've asked for his name) were able to finish mine in an hour. :D Waiting area: While I waited in their small front desk area, the "other guy" came out with an ice cold bottle of water, which saved my life considering there was no A/C and it was 90 degrees outside in the middle of the day. Awesome, really. There's free wi-fi and was legitimately fast, so you can definitely get some work done while waiting. First impressions: As Ravi pulled out the CX-5, I felt the front windows (35%) were a bit lighter than I imagined. Ravi explained to me that it's due to the sun being reflected off my light interior. He double checks with the "other guy" to make sure it was indeed the 35% and not 50%. Noticing that I was still unsure, he said that if I still felt it was too light, he'll be happy to change it out for a darker one in the future. Honestly just even offering that made the whole world of a difference. The ceramic tint is Rayno's Phantom Series, which provides a Lifetime Warranty. Results: When I went home, I compared the tint with my Mazda3 which also had ceramic 35% in the front and realized they were indeed the same darkness. (See photos) In retrospect, I might have thought it was darker because I usually wear my polarized sunglasses when I'm out haha. I noticed that the fabric-y lining of my doors soaked up a bit of soap during the installation, but it's not a big deal as long as it doesn't dry looking like rain water calcium stains. Plus in the mean time, it leaves a nice smell. :] Still waiting on the tint to fully dry, but so far 100% would recommend. read more

I found this place because of the extremely good reviews on yelp. I did not have a great experience. I brought my brand new Camaro last weekend to get tinted. I have had the car for 2 days at this point so literally brand new. I purchased the ceramic tint for 400 dollars. When I got home and went to get back in my car, the car door would not open! It would open about 3 inches and then jam. Ravi instructed me to come back to the shop, so drive with my door stuck partially open which I was not willing to do. He met me at my house and proceeded to try and fix the door which he eventually did but upon inspection I noticed black spots all over the inside of my doors! He claims to put up a covering but clearly not and then accused me of creating the mess. I was not expecting my money back but at least a partial refund for the distress and inconvenience. Do NOT be fooled by the reviews. Go elsewhere. I love how you are trying to backtrack and threaten to post messages! Go ahead so everyone can see how nice I was to you and definitely not trying to bribe. Wow... how unprofessional! I simply stated what happened and never cursed you out. Be better. read more

It was a nice 87 degrees out when I picked up my car and I noticed that my car was mildly warm on the inside, typically it would be very hot because my car is black. Drove about an hour from North Hollywood to get my girls Prius C tinted. I previously got my Sti tinted by Patrick and loved his work. My girl settled with 35% all around and 70% front windshield ceramic tint which is good enough for her since she doesn't need anything too crazy. Patrick is a really chill dude and is always shooting for the best quality install. The shop has a waiting room and wifi is free for customers.
