AWFUL, AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!! I answered all the questions on the website to make an appointment, including the model of my phone. I received a confirmation request an hour before. I took off work, and I arrived at the designated time. The lights were off, the door was locked. I called and tried all the options until I got a human. The guy said "The door is open, I was in the bathroom. Appointments don't mean anything just come on in." THEN he unlocked the door. Looked like he just woke up. Next, he told me he couldn't get parts for my brand. He had not even seen my appointment details. I pointed out that my brand was listed on the website when I made the appointment and he might want to let someone know. He said, "THAT'S ABOVE MY PAYGRADE!!!!" Then he proceeded to tell me the brands he does work on as if that would help me. Asurion needs to fix their own broken stuff IMO. read more

I showed up for a 10:00 appointment and waiting until 11:00 before leaving as no one ever showed up. I came back at 12:00 and employee told me that appointments were useless. I told him nicely that I waited for an hour for them to open after business hours listed and he told me "yeah I was late and appointments are useless". And then got a complete attitude about it. He was no help at all and I went back to Verizon and had wasted 1/2 a day. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Hands-down worst customer service I have ever received. Sales man who claimed he was !second in charge' was rude, defensive, and had open hostility from the second I walked in the door. I brought in my phone for an appointment scheduled by Verizon (this location is a certified Asurion tech support)for a battery replacement. He kept saying I didn't need a new battery and that it was 'user' error. This was despite the fact that Verizon had set up the appointment and had authorized a new battery. He reluctantly snd begrudgingly took my device. Received a text the next day to come pick up my device as it was broken. When I arrived, I was told the screen has been broken when trying to replace the battery so they could not fix the battery and also would not fix the screen. Apparently, they are not authorized to fix two Apple parts on the same work order. I asked them to not include it on the work order and just do it themselves since they broke it. Meanwhile, there are posters covering the windows saying we fix broken screens and we offer diagnostic repair (see below). I was told that if I wanted the screen fixed, I would have to pay $419. They told me I had to go back to Verizon. Verizon told him me that they had to fix it. Now I'm in crosshairs without a phone and extremely frustrated. read more

At first I was very satisfied with the customer service, pricing, and turnaround time. I got my phone back and was happy with the quality of work, until about one hour later. I have had this phone since June 2018 with the same protective case. It has been dropped numerous times over the past year and a half and never broken or cracked my screen. Until about a week ago when my phone fell off the top of my car onto a rock drive way. That's what led me to getting it fixed at uBreakiFix. I got my phone back, fixed, from uBreakiFix, for $130.00 After one hour, my phone fell between the seats of my car while driving, and I picked it up and the screen was cracked. Throughout the past week it has cracked more and more day by day just from normal use, no slamming it down, throwing it, dropping it excessively. They have a 90 day warranty, but not for physical or water damage. The parts and screens they use to fix your phone are extremely cheap, fragile, and all around low quality. If you have an IPhone do not go here to get it fixed. Go to an Apple store, they will use quality replacement parts, and its $40.00 cheaper. Very disappointed in the quality of work. read more

I came into the store today (4.17.20) after having an issue with my Google Pixel 2 XL. I dropped my phone, and the screen was badly cracked... Came in to the store around noon-1PM, and left my phone, and picked it up around 5PM. While I thought the price was a bit high ($230 altogether), I honestly have ZERO COMPLAINTS about the service I received... The service was extremely professional, and the man at the front desk was extremely kind and very engaging. In a day spent battling Verizon trying to get a insurance claim filed he was the only saving grace. I usually take care of my apple products but needed to get my 3 year old nephews iPad fixed due to a cracked screen and exposed glass and lcd. I took the device trusting that they could repair the screen only since it was fully functional weeks prior to me bringing in the device. I took it in on Sunday and had to call Wednesday to see when my repair would be complete. In the diagnostics notes, noted that the device was not charged.... well obviously since it was sitting for on a shelf waiting for three days. I received a call later Wednesday stating that because the lcd was exposed did I want to replace the lcd or just the screen and decided just the screen because it was functional still. I went to pick up the device and not 10 mins of having it back the device continues to crash every couple minutes. I returned to the store to have a diagnostic complete and they stated the motherboard was having issues which is causing it to crash. As furious as I am, the manager of the store offered a refund on my screen replacement which I have not accepted because this type of service is unacceptable. To be only offered a refund and no solution on my device for being inoperable when the technician in fact messed up because the store has no system in place that when a device is received that they should check for other damages or functionality. If they did they would have saw that my device was working properly and noted that before and after the device was repaired. If I were you, I would not use these "professionals" to have your device repaired because they fix your device but also return an inoperable one to you and only offer a refund because they messed up. read more

This phone is less than 1 year old, and has no damage since they've "fixed it" and they refuse to honor their 90 day warranty despite this being an obvious error on their end. This may be my first Yelp review ever, but I felt moved to write this after my very disappointing experience at UBreakIFix on King's Drive. I brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen replacement. During the repair, the technician damaged my phone such that it would no longer hold a charge. They were dishonest about the extent of the damage they caused (telling me that it was "fully functional" and that only the charging icon had been affected when in fact the phone would die and restart every five minutes, even when plugged in), but said they would replace my phone with a "new device" (their words). Three agonizingly phone-less days later, when I went to pick it up, they provided me with a very worn, used iPhone--one in worse condition than the one I brought in (but for the cracked screen) which *also* barely holds a charge. And I still had to pay for the screen replacement on the phone they broke. The person at the front desk was rude and dismissive when I voiced my concerns. Bottom line, if you need to get your iPhone screen replaced, just shell out the extra $40 and go to the Apple store. Don't take your business here. read more

HORRIBLE. I took my phone here to get the screen fixed. $200 later the Face ID no longer works but the screen is fixed. They claim it's a malfunction of the phone that miraculously occurred at the exact time of the screen being replaced. Told me if I gave them hundreds more dollars they may be able to fix it. Uh okay thanks for TELLING me and letting me know. They replaced the battery and charging port. The next day, my phone dies at 40% then another day at 33% then another at 20%. I bring it back in and they say "oh it's an ongoing issue with Apple". Uh if that's the case then why didn't I have that issue BEFORE you "fixed" the phone. Horrible service and demeanor. Was very aggressive in communication and didn't seem to want to work there. Refused to listen to the problems that we were having. Stated nothing was wrong even though you could audibly hear the phone was making noise and we showed a comparison of my phone vs my husband's phone to show the difference refused to understand there was a problem. Even though the phone is under warranty she just wanted to charge us for parts saying nothing's wrong but I can change out the parts for 130 dollars.
