Couldn't even give him his bed urinal to help him.. Physical therapy was a joke!!! I'm sure they probably said he went every day. They had him so doped up he couldn't even get out of bed. I slowly watched my husband start to go downhill. He even started having kidney problems. My husband finally said get me out of here and we left. Went home no accidents whatsoever. They just didn't know how to or wanted to take care of him in the proper way always understaffed. We finally brought our own water and coffee pot because they would not even let us get it out of the nurses station. I could write a book on this one and we were only there a week!!

Each week they set goals for me to achieve and encouraged me through this entire process, even when I wanted to give up they kept encouraging me, which was exactly what I needed. I observed all the therapist being so kind to other patients around me! I highly, highly recommend using them for any physical therapy needs! We were pleased overall…read more But, It was a bit different experience in that the massage therapist are apparently expected to answer the phones while working on clients. This should not happen. Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Very good experience overall.
