She was extremely responsive, getting back to us very quickly, flexible with scheduling, reasonably priced, and had some really awesome photo ideas we hadn't even considered. She made our photo session a fun experience rather than stressful and knowing we had some really great professional photos of our kids let me put down my camera and enjoy the moment for the rest of our trip. We reached out to isabel about 2 weeks before our destination wedding and she was quick to respond, even during a massive hurricane ( maria). Isabel and her husband were both such a fun, easy duo to work with. Isabel's photos of my wedding are amazing. She came to the house we rented to get pictures of us getting ready, not only took ceremony pics but also walked all around San Juan with us to get the shots we asked for. Honestly, I couldn't have had a better or easier time working with Isabel! She was very fast responding to my initial questions, and I found her price to be very reasonable. She was even able to fit my boyfriend and I in for a early morning photoshoot on short notice. She was very helpful in sending me locations for our shoot that were convenient and close to our hotel. During our actual photoshoot she was nothing but nice and and really made us both feel very comfortable. Even during A small rainstorm, she was cool and calm and kept us the same way. Isabel did a wonderful job photographing my family while on vacation in Puerto Rico. We were a large group- 13 people, including 5 small children. Isabel was incredibly patient with the children and managed to find some good shots even when several of the kiddos were not being cooperative. Since we didn't know the area, we relied on Isabel to find a location for us- she did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased with how the photos turned out! We forgot bug spray (even though Isabel reminded us to bring some), and her husband was kind enough to bring some down to the beach for us- they really went above and beyond for us! I contacted Isabel sort of last minute for a surprise proposal photo shoot while my girlfriend and I were visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico. I want to thank her for being so accommodating. My husband and I, along with our children and some extended family recently visited Puerto Rico over the Christmas holiday for a vacation and to renew our wedding vows.
