Another challenge was the lack of a dedicated parking area. Finding street parking was very difficult and added unnecessary stress before my appointment. While the staff was kind and professional, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

Both my nails and toes were poorly filed & when asked if they could fix the streaks in my nail polish I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
