Found this restaurant after we were disappointed with the options in the hotel we were staying at. We were immediately excited to see a steak and seafood place so close and thought that this had to be better than the first option. Man were we wrong. Tried making a reservation via OpenTable on our walk over. After three attempts, all resulting in an error stating difficulty connecting with the restaurant we said f it, we were 5 minutes away, it was a Wednesday night, surely they wouldn't be that busy that a reservation would be necessary. Again, wrong. They weren't busy, yet they still required a booking. Why? So that they could force us to have a credit card on file before being seated. Again, why? The hostess was very nice. We were seated and greeted pretty quickly, although we did not find our waiter to be very welcoming. Ordered a G&G which also came relatively quickly, but tasted like it had zero alcohol in it. Disappointing considering the 13.50 price tag. We ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the surf and turf, medium. Everything came to the table surprisingly fast. Which is typically a good thing, but not when you order lobster and a steak. I immediately knew something was off then before even taking a bite. The lobster Mac, while it had large chunks of meat, was extremely bland and overall disappointing. The steak was medium rare, not medium like I ordered, but I didn't bother saying anything because I had no faith that it would be remediated appropriately. It was also the thinnest cut of steak I've ever paid almost 50.00 for. The lobster was very low on the meat, the claw had the biggest piece. The tail had minimal meat and as expected based on the time it took to "cook" it, was very chewy and bland. It felt like it was microwaved, which is the laziest and worst way to cook lobster. Our bill came to a little over 100 and was honestly not worth it. Do yourself a favor and save your money. read more

Antonio was wonderful in making us feel welcome and taken care of. This was a last minute meal as we were not even supposed to be in London. Music was up beat, service was Devine. We ordered the Beef roll which were delicious. My husband ordered surf and turf while I had the macaroni and cheese with lobster. Both were absolutely wonderful after a long day of travel. read more

The name tells you what they do oh so well - we had the steak and lobster aka "Surf n' Turf" and boy was it delicious. I ordered my steak medium rare and they got it right; which not always the case when ordering medium rare. In this case the steak was prepared well and a very tender cut of ribeye. We also shared the lobster Mac n' Cheese. Talk about a cheesy tasty delight. The lobster was flavorful and the right portion. I also noticed that it wasn't dried out as frequently happens when a half of a lobster is presented. Again, well done team! This restaurant is in the Radisson Blu near Heathrow. We stopped by after a long day at country side, and my wife decided to have steak for dinner. Food was great, she had surf and turf, boys got Mac and cheese, and I ordered steak salad. Everything is good, except service was very slow, take forever to get any water to refill and 20-30 minutes for the bill. You can get parking validated (plate recognition? No ticket was given), however when we tried to exit the gate, the technology didn't work. So had to call someone to let us out. So be patient with this restaurant if you decide to dine in here. read more

After being in Italy for over a week and being inundated with pasta and only regional food I was happ to find this place. I wasn't excited about it being inside the Radisson since it's not a hotel chain I respect in the US. Despite this the food was great. I ordered the croquettes intending to only eat one. . .I finished all three They were absolutely delicious!!! I then moved on to a perfectly cooked (medium) sirloin with a lemony/peppery salad. OMG! I was immediately seated when I showed up for my reservation and it took almost 20 minutes to be seen to order my drinks and food. Staff seemed rushed and uncomfortable answering questions from wine pairings to taking food up to the room. I ordered the surf and turf and paired it with a Pinot Noir. It was obvious that the wine wasn't properly stored as it too hot which enhances the tannins and over powers the lobster. I was also disappointed with the portion size of the lobster, the tail was the size of a prawn and then a claw, had o know I'd have saved half the price and just ordered the steak. I also got the warm cookie dough which I expected to actually be cookie dough similar to a pazookie with toppings instead it was peanut butter cups in a cast iron skillet topped with roasted marshmallows served with stale store bought cookies. Service was super slow and hard to even flag down staff to get help. I was there over 2 hours and my water never got refilled. read more

The Good: The bartenders - Lee and Honorata were totally swamped when we arrived. They absolutely crushed the rush. And in good spirits too. Kudos to them. I'd recommend both Lee and Honorata to any bar anywhere. Excellent work! The Bad: The place was obviously understaffed; completely forgivable - Covid, supply chain, staffing issues... this happens. But staffing is a management issue and should not be passed on as a burden of increased work to the hourly employees. The Ugly: The outside seating space was an absolute mess; it looked like a demilitarized zone. Again, they were crushed, but this should not have been a duty for the over-extended bartenders. Managers should have identified this as a priority and worked to cover the base. Instead it was piled high with dirty dishes and trash. read more

I ordered a surf n' turf with spicy salad instead of fries. Such an awesome combination of taste and flavor! The keylime cheesecake for dessert, OMG, what is that gooey layer on top? I was actually closing my eyes when taking bites of it. I didnt even stay in the hotel that the restaurant is located at, but I still made the trip because it's THAT good. The service was excellent; special shout out to Christina who made sure I was taken care of especially because I was a lone diner. I really wish I had taken some pictures of my main dish and dessert. Primary issue is that the waiter prioritized chatting with his friends for over 10 minutes while others were waiting for service. I was waiting to ask for my check. Then he had me sign to the room but told me to wait. Another 10 minutes went by with no communication other than him telling me to wait until finally another staff member asked if I was okay, and said I was fine to go. As well I had asked for my food medium well and it came medium rare and had to be sent back. Possible that it was just an issue with this particular server but not a great experience overall. Smoky, monotonous canned music with an annoying bass. Slow to fill water glasses. Many open tables but the hostess indicated she gave her last 3-person table away. Steak salad good Steak and lobster brioche was good Apple spinach salad (I asked for it vegan) They provided olive oil for the dressing. It tasted rancid. I asked for the dressing that was on the other salads. The chef was kind enough to make a lemon ginger vinaigrette without butter. Why not start with something tasty? Get rid of the smoke smell! Have tasty vegan options! Get rid of that music! Waiters were friendly. But, don't expect attentive service if you aren't ordering drinks. Disappointing, but not many options. read more

We were staying next door at the Marriott in prep for a flight home in the early AM. We walked up without a reservation around 7:30. The restaurant was about 1/2 empty. When we asked for a table the receptionist gave us a very disapproving look and said we would have to sit outside since we hadn't called ahead. Again. The inside is 1/2 full. We said ok but please don't sit us near smokers. She deadpan's us and says if you sit outside then you sit with smokers. I told her that maybe we should eat somewhere else as we aren't trying to be difficult. Just trying to not eat near smokers. She asks me, point blank, "did I do something wrong"? Lol. At that point I just went and sat down. Great start. We sit down and the waitress explains the menu. Pretty straightforward. Steak or lobster. Her personality is about as charming as the receptionist. We ordered wine and food. 10 mins later, the drinks come. 5 mins after that, a bee flies in my 175ml glass of wine. Didn't even get a sip. I sit for ten mins waiting for our waitress. When she doesn't come, I go inside, explain what happened and am told to please wait as the bartender goes to ask someone in the back a question. He eventually comes back and says he can only give me a small wine as a replacement since it's not their fault that a bee flew in the wine. Sweet! Then, our waitress disappears for a solid 25 mins. Needed water. Needed more napkins. Nothing. Finally paid our bill and got out. Bottom line. Food was actually decent. But the staff and service are horrible. Thank god for Alicia. She was the one good thing about the night. read more

Nice place to go for a evening of steak and lobster. Atmosphere is great and not too noisey. My husband and I had an enjoyable meal, greeted sweetly on arrival and taken to our table, were we had a lovely attentive waitress throughout the evening. The food was lovely, both steak and lobster cooked to perfection with unlimited chips and side salad - you can't really go wrong! I liked it. It wasn't great - the food took about 45 minutes to arrive, the fries were cold and dreary, but for £20 I had steamed lobster, a nice salad, and as many drab fries as I wanted - though I must admit, they never came around to offer us or give us a chance to ask for more. Maybe it's just because this is an airport hotel location, but it just didn't feel like they care. I had also waited about 25 min at the bar to be served the night before, when it wasn't very busy. read more

I entered skeptical because I seldom will eat in a hotel, traveling 2 times a month internationally. Was greeted warmly and served attentively. More than that, the service was top notch. I had a sirloin cooked perfectly medium rare as requested, not disappointed. The manager and wait staff were very kind. Atmosphere is excellent unless you want a quiet private and more romantic venue. That said, the din was appropriate and business casual. Prices not unreasonable. Staying here again I would go back without hesitation, even if staying in another hotel nearby. 4 birthday dinner groups were observed on this particular Friday. That should say something. £20 for a 10 oz rib eye or a whole lobster sounds devine. Add unlimited salad and fries and you have a winner--if the entrée was good. Our lobster was fair. Fries and salad were fine. It's in the Raddison at Heathrow. Service was quite good on the plus side. read more
