Our chef took the time to come speak with us, recommend cuts of beef and generally go over our options. This was a lovely surprise as this rarely happens. We started with "fall off the bone" ribs and the Hallumi - (squeaky cheese - wish I could find this here in SoCal... if anyone reading this knows a place... please let me know!) We ordered rib eye steaks, I had the filet... with sides of creamed spinach/truffle fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to our liking, and the chef came back out to check on us. I must admit- I am a martini and Cosmo snob and THIS Cosmo tops any Cosmo I have ever had!! Hey- does anyone out there know Regis Philbin? I understand he loves a good Cosmo. He should meet Jinson! The tail had minimal meat and as expected based on the time it took to "cook" it, was very chewy and bland. It felt like it was microwaved, which is the laziest and worst way to cook lobster. Four of us went and everyone said how good it was, I can't remember the last time we all agreed (my brother is the difficult one, not me). We actually booked for a Sunday lunch while we were there, and if anything the Sunday roast was even better than the Saturday dinner. I really can't recommend it enough, a great find.
