We asked a man with a badge who worked there to help guide us and he was rude. When we asked for directions to one of the restaurants the girl at the front desk neglected to tell us that the restaurant was closed that night. Another girl at the desk inserted herself into the situation and was rude and raised her voice at us. Both rooms my family stayed in had air conditioners that were incredulous when they kicked on. Thank goodness I never have to return to Wendover again.

The list could go on. I'm hoping they are going to be doing full renovations on these rooms soon, not worth the price they charge for something so run down.
