If I could rate Mike & his company, 10 stars I would! He's been cleaning my carpet for a couple of years now and I've used him even when I've moved. he goes above and beyond for his customers! I'll be forever loyal to him! I had an emergency when my washer overflowed upstairs overnight. It flooded all into the wood and into my downstairs. Mike helped me out by extracting as much water as he could, but it was a LOT of water. I was so stressed. Mike helped me lift all the carpet, he helped me take doors off the hinges, he helped me so much and gave me advice on how best to dry out the wood and padding. Won't use anybody else other than Steam Giant for our carpet cleaning. They are the best! The cleaned carpets are gorgeous and Brian who came (we have had both Mike the owner and Brian who has 20 years experience) are perfectionists! They even got out a very large stubborn stain. Mike works really hard to schedule your cleaning when you need it (even working us in one time on a day's notice when I was having a baby shower and decided at last moment that the carpet didn't look clean enough)! I walked into my formal living/dining room and my dog Gordon had gotten ahold of a few potted plants and destroyed them. My light colored carpet was left with black stains in several areas. It already had some previous stains but not as bad as the potting soil. I contacted Steam Giant and Mike responded immediately. I told him it was an emergency cleaning. He responded back and after several exchanges I had my quote, to which I was well pleased, and an appointment for the very next morning, today. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Cannot express how great Steam Giant was! I've lived in my townhouse for a year now, I haven't had the carpets professionally cleaned since moving in, and there were some gnarly stains.
