Ross Restoration charged us almost double what they quoted us. I understand a small variance between quote and final invoice but this goes beyond that. They refused to negotiate the final invoice. Terrible service, do not recommend. The owner responded saying my problem is with insurance. It is not. My insurance is treating me fairly and paying the claim. My problem is with the bad faith estimate that was provided to me by Ross Restoration. I think his response shows their lack of ownership of when they make mistakes in their work. There are regulations that are supposed to prevent surprise billing and it is reasonable that consumers shouldn't expect more than a 10% difference between estimate and final bill. His response is a great example of why I do not recommend them.
