From start to finish, everything was seamless, getting picked up and shuttled to snowcat base, rentals, and boarding some of the freshest powder imaginable. Steamboat Powdercats handled our trip with military precision. The crew did an amazing job selecting terrain that challenged the pros while still supporting and encouraging our newer snowboarders and skiers. Lunch was provided and was absolutely DELICIOUS. There's a small patio with chairs with a grill outside the sliding glass doors in back. There's a hot tub on premises but I didn't get a chance to take advantage of it. Walmart, a grocery, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. After a rough day on the road this was a welcome respite.

After a 30 minute ordeal of online chat, phone calls the GM had to call and finally gave us a code that worked. The on-site manager never called or came over that day at all. Vacasa should do a better job of managing this condo complex just because of the pricing to stay here, not sure we will stay here again. Oh am the stack washer dryer in this unit, the washer is on the fritz stops mid cycle. Oh and 1 hot tub is not working. Vacasa your crew is doing a poor job here at Dulany I expect better! 3 Stars !!

We're a family of 5 and this was our 3rd visit to Steamboat and Dulany at the Gondola. Previous…read morestays were in 2 bedroom apartments/condos. Dulany is in a fantastic location for ski in/out. I understand that Christmas/New Year week warrants peak season pricing - and we certainly paid a premium. The check-in process provided by Mogul Ski World and Vacasa is woeful. We had to wait outside the condo for more than 90 minutes after check-in time (check-in time is insanely late at 5pm). What I wasn't prepared for was the shockingly disappointing presentation of Apartment 306. It presents in what looks like original condition with little to no money being reinvested by the owner despite the unbelievably high rate they charge visitors to stay. - No working vacuum cleaner - Disgusting washing up brushes provided - No pantry space (kitchen cupboards filled with "stuff') - Cooking equipment not fit for use (knives, pots/pans should be trashed) - Bathrooms - Heat lamps not working - Ceiling leaking for several days - Garbage bin cracked and leaked over the floor - Laundry - doors removed and not replaced, very noisy and unsightly - Bedroom wardrobe - doors removed Do not stay in this apartment/condo - we have been completely ripped off and disappointed with the service agents - Mogul Ski World (mogulski.com.au) and Vacasa (vacasa.com). Do not use either of these agents.

It's a great alternative to Gondola Square, being quieter and having less foot traffic to navigate. Needs improvement: The lack of owner presence and contact information (or a timely reply) at the facility was surprising, especially for a new business. If there was a problem (i.e. locker combinations being reset-- good luck getting help quickly. your belongings, car keys, medicines, etc. will have to wait.) Loading or unloading gear from a running vehicle came with a "parking ticket" from the landlord (Paoli) after the owners said it was fine. Those who paid for parking spaces weren't told where they were supposed to park, even after contacting management, and received ticket(s) as well. Owners said this was taken care of, but anyone I spoke with having the same issue said they'd been sent to collection. Restrooms were out of toilet paper several times during the season in spite of minimal traffic in the space. A greater and more consistent owner or employee presence would greatly benefit this business. Owner contact numbers should be posted on site in case of a problem needing immediate attention. A customer should be able to load/unload gear for a locker without receiving parking tickets. Customers paying for parking should be notified where their parking is located, perhaps accompanied by a map. All this information should be readily available within the facility as well. Any new business will have wrinkles, but STL has done a poor job improving upon its opening missteps. During the season, there were multiple opportunities to "make it right", but it didn't happen. With a season under their belt, I hope owners will learn from their missteps and have a positive future in our community.
