Their automated text system let me know my order was ready Thursday afternoon, but when I came in Friday at 1:45 a different employee informed me my shirt was not there yet, the truck still hadn't arrived that day but was due around 2. I popped back in a half hour later and she said she was still waiting on the truck but if I gave her my name she would call when my last item was ready. Not a problem. Got another automated text at 4:30 that my order was ready so I came back and walked in smiling. She said 'don't come in here cheesing, I told you I would call and I did twice without answer.' I laughed it off and let her know I didn't get any calls, to which she matter-of-factly read me back a phone number that was not mine. I said I was only back because I got a text, and since they are not open Saturday I needed the shirt before close. She did not apologize, rung me up, and I was on my way (while she got to work explaining to the other customer in line that their son's dress shirt was missing). Not a lot of dry cleaners in Savannah, but I'll be giving another one a try.

I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

We had a mold problem in our apartment that was very difficult to totally clean, 2 companies was trying to help, so our clothes were left in the dry cleaners until problem was solved, all the while letting the store know what was going on and we want our clothes. They seemed to understanding, acknowledging they understood, having had extensive conversations. Well when we finally went to pick up our clothes, over a hundred dollars of dry cleaning was stolen, we were told the manager went thought our clothes and took some!! My spouse just told me let's just get what's left and leave. We had close to a $1000 in dry cleaning at that store, you lost customers for life.

I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!!
