I rarely complain, however this is absolutely ridiculous 1) I ordered a thermostat, and you would "think" they would know to ask if required a gasket. No big deal.(really) 2) I brought in 2-6volt batteries I had purchased about a year ago, and they were consuming way more voltage than required. Took both in to get charged. When I got them back same problem. They are still under warranty however they will not replace them. They said that they couldn't verify that they weren't holding a charge. I made extra effort and brought in a 110v fan that is 40w to confirm they weren't holding a charge. Nope wouldn't do it so after a little education on batteries I realized there are 3 stages to charging 1) bulk 2) absorption 3) float You would think their training would cover the basics 3) purchased an alternator and was installing it in my van. Now it was installed and needed a serpentine belt to fit. The service guy jumped in to find one that would fit, since I had removed the air conditioning unit. He looked up the part and cross referenced it! Came back with a belt that wasn't even close. So I went back to find one the would work, until I realized the belts were he got there from was lawn and garden. The belts are to run the pro's on tractors, not a serpentine automotive belt. This guy was being ignorant became I was trying to sort out my battery situation. Deliberately... he's the head of service department and I would think know better. How does he keep his job? There are a two guys that are great. Travis who is new and eager to help and Josh who I never got the chance to deal with. The manager gave me back the alternator without have to pay for the $10 core charge after I spent 12hrs trying to make the new alternator work in there parking lot. To no avail. I understand why the have such a low rating. Clearly not all CT's are the same. Highly recommend they train their staff on their job!

I came in because I needed an external hard drive to finish some work while I'm on vacation. The guy working the electronics computer section did not know what the external hard drive was. I asked some questions about I was choosing and he said I don't know anything. Then he made me walk all the way to the front of the store to pay for it when I still had other things to get so when he left, I told the other lady I would like to make a complaint about him and she just says oh he doesn't work in that department. Totally covering up for each other. The entire staff in this Walmart is East Indian. Horrible.

And when I didn't have as much optical insurance coverage as I thought I had ,the one gentleman applied his own staff discount so I could get them! Also, another of the staff who I dealt with initially slipped me a $50 gift certificate for Specsavers. Absolutely wonderful service and the follow up is spectacular. Absolutely thorough examination, including a machine I've never been tested on that predicts eye health, and apparently will detect glaucoma four years before anything else. Highly recommended, and I am the worst critic ever!

Clothing brands range from little known to fairly upscale designers, like Michael Kors, and similarly for shoes and hosiery. While I've found plenty of brands I barely recognize, every now and then I luck out with a Tahari jacket or pants, BCBG dress (especially in juniors), or upscale pair of designer jeans. Don't come looking for True Religion, but you can luck out and net a few good deals. Winners is an anchor store in Woodgrove Centre, which makes an excellent stop when searching for a separate, jeans, or shirt. Note if you're on the ends of the size spectrum, you will have far fewer options, and this is especially true for bigger sizes rather than small. Small and medium (for ladies) and medium or large (for gentlemen) get the most representation. Petites for women have their own section without a corresponding tall area, though sometimes you luck out and find the rare pair of tall pants in the ladies careerwear area. Because many items are overstock, remainders from last season or the like, I buy on the "check it twice" and "get it now" principles. Check every seam, button, and the like for defects. Always try clothes on because sizes sometimes are irregular, even more than usual. Return policies with Winners are easy and generous, but it's buyer be wise in these types of places. Second, don't assume whatever you saw on the shelf will be there next time. Winners doesn't have a website where you can order the shirt or pants you saw last week, and you may not find them again. The store doesn't feel like a downscale department store, as so many Sears now do, thanks to wide aisles, bright overhead lighting, and a care about the merchandise. You won't see clothes strewn about like a teenager's bedroom thanks to associates who actually ensure things stay tidy. The clearance (red tag) areas, especially around cosmetics and hair care, does tend to be a jumble of products on the shelf, but these are limited. Downside: Children's section for 0 to 5 (toddlers) is woefully slim and entirely weighted towards girls. The boys racks have next to nothing, and no shoes or accessories. Protip:
