When we toured various houses, she pointed out various red flags in addition to things done well. Many of the things she mentioned were things that we wouldn't have noticed if we weren't looking for them (i.e. signs of a leaking skylight, uneven driveway (tilting back to the house resulting in draining issues and potential flooding down the road, etc.).
