After the dentist did an evaluation the manager Dee (she handles the insurance) said It was not covered by my insurance or that I was getting a reduced rate and I needed to take out a loan. When I called my insurance to ask if a claim was submitted they said no, I got the loan and I paid the total cost . I told Dee to submit a claim to my insurance company this was in October, Dee submitted a claim for a greater amount than what they charged me. The insurance company is paying the claim, now they are trying to keep the payment and what I paid. Now I am trying to get my refund from them because I overpaid Freeman and Dee. She is also a bit unhygienic, blowing her nose with gloves on and then trying to get right back into my mouth without washing her hands and changing gloves. If it doesn't work in the food industry I'm sure it wouldn't be allowed in dentistry. Not only that but after having a cavity filled by her 2 weeks ago, my tooth is still sensitive and I can't chew on that side at all when I never had any pain before.
