We purchased an expensive Dream 2 6 peice couch as a celebration for us finally buying a home. After only one month of us owning this couch, the fabric has gone to complete crap. We contacted Steinhafels becuase we also puchased the warranty, and were told this is not covered. Long story short, after spending nearly 5000 dollars on a nice couch and a warranty, we only got one month of use before it had "normal" wear and tear. We bought a couch six years ago and it has been nothing but problems. It's supposed to recline and the brace underneath continues to break every year, and then it takes months to get that replaced. Although it seemed to at the time, it provides no lumbar support, requiring pillows. And now just today, one of the recline motors for the right side of the couch stopped working. It's been nothing but problems, and considering the ridiculous amount of money that we paid for it, you'd expect it to at least function properly. I bought a double recliner loveseat and the rather pricey service plan. It has been more than 6 months trying to get it repaired. It has been stuck open in my small home. I haven't been able to have people over because it takes up so much room. Finally, I have the parts to the electronic switch. The delivery guy was super creepy, coming into my house, not knocking at the outside door. Now I need to make an appointment with another company to come fix the recliner. In the meantime, the seat that isn't broken, is already caving in and the leather has discolored in another spot. I have called Steinhafels 4x, but they don't care. we bought dining, living and bedroom furniture from them and paid for designer services The living room chairs our designer recommended do not fit in our space and came in the wrong color. Steinhafels gave us a credit to have the wood refinished but the credit didn't cover the cost. The sofa fabric is pilling so to keep it looking nice I have to shave it. The dining set came with rough finish all over, they "fixed it" at least three times and I finally put a tablecloth over it so I don't have to look at it anymore. Our store brand mattress is sagging so badly that we have to replace it after four years. We are not large people. We spent ten of thousands but will never return or recommend to anyone. read more

I ordered a mattress there. I did not have it for 24 hours and I found that I did not like it and there was a rip on the top of the mattress. I was also informed by the delivery person that I had 2 days to change my mind and that I just needed to call the store. He read this to me from a form he had on his computer. When I called the store the next morning, customer service told me that there was nothing I could do, I was informed of the no-return policy. I realize this, but with the rip and the contradictory information given to me, I thought that they would at least want to see a happy customer out of this. If nothing else a rip in a new mattress does not seem okay. He again told me there was nothing he was willing to do about it. Stop! Do not buy from a company that lies in order to make a sale. Steinhafels will take your money in advance and not return it to you when they deliver damaged junk. Good luck getting them to call you back. I am a senior requesting that this junk be removed immediately. Sectional and bed arrived damaged. The delivery drivers damaged the bed so badly that they didn't even take it out of the van. The sectional was dragged across the van floor. (I have it recorded). Pieces will not connect, open seams, ripped bottoms, puckering caused by seams that are not level, damaged legs and a loveseat section that looks like they dropped it on its corner. Ottomans are some of the worst craftsman that I have ever seen. Not even close to level to each other or the sectional. Do not give them your hard earned money. read more

I bought two of these expensive leather recliners, 3yrs ago and did not purchase the extended warranty as you can see below the factory warranty is really good. I called steinhafels because one chair is making a noise and would like to have someone come and look at it. Their reply was you didn't buy the extended warranty so we cannot send one of our service men to help. We sell the parts for the chairs but we will not service them. I replied we will pay whatever for the service and she said no I would have to find someone who fixes those chairs. They couldn't even recommend anyone for me. Extremely Disappointed! Grab your popcorn... Over the years we have purchased $1000's and $1000's of dollars in furniture from this place and up until last week all was okay. We would have continued to shop there and liked doing so but unfortunately that has ended. Our situation has to do with a purchase we made Aug 2023 for patio furniture. The person who took care of our order did not order enough pillows, 10 instead of 12. We did not see what they ordered, just the total amount we owed. We did not know they ordered each item separately. For this purchase, as we have done many times before, we took advantage of the 12 month no interest. This takes place with another trash organization, Wells Fargo, but you have no choice in this. We have always paid off the balance prior to the end of the promotion with all our purchases. Now to what happened. By the time the furniture came in and we realized we did not have enough cushions it was too late to order them and we were told we had to wait until spring, and they were not even sure we could get the same cushions which was not great to hear. Also, on a side note 2 of the cushions we did get had grease on them but because we did not notice this until after the 10 or 15 days you have to "look at your stuff requirement", they have in place we were told too bad on the grease, just turn the cushions around (that did not work). We did not look at each cushion with a fine-tooth comb originally because the items came in before we needed them for the next season, we did realize we did not have enough cushions though early on. Fast forward to spring and we were able to get the same cushions which was great. The problem occurred when they added them to our account, somehow they added the two new cushions to the original balance from 7 months prior, mind you this was a brand new purchase we made 7 months later (we did not even know in Aug of 2023 that we could get two matching cushions) plus these two new cushions had its own 6 month no interest (did not know this either the sales person never commented on this). So, these two pillows which cost a few hundred dollars ended up being part of two no interest promotions, one of which happened 7 months prior. Given the cost of the cushions the amount was not noticeable compared to a much larger original purchase. Because they added a couple of hundred dollars to our original amount the amount, we had been paying each month was now not enough to satisfy the original purchase. We divided the original purchase into 12 months and had that auto debited from our checking each month. Now we have got our last month's bill, which should be the end of the 12-month promotion, and we see that we owe $540 in interest. Wells Fargo said too bad so sad this was Steinhafel's fault, but they did agree with me that it was wrong though, they still said we had to pay unless Steinhafel's contacted them and explained there was mistake. We reached out to the manager who originally helped us with the new cushion purchase (Frank) and explained to him what the issue was. He acknowledged there was a problem and said he would speak with his billing group and get back to us. He did say he was not sure what could be done but that he promised that he would get back to us either way. We had told him we had two days to have Steinhafels contact Wells Fargo or we would have to pay. We never heard from Frank again, my wife called six times the following day and I called at least once, maybe twice. In the end Frank never did call us and we had to pay the interest after both Wells Fargo and Steinhafels agreed it was a mistake. The person we dealt with at Wells Fargo to make the payment was terrible (Alex in the escalation department, rude and condescending would be a compliment) and trying to talk with Steinhafel's CS group was equally awful both for this situation and the grease issue I mentioned above. In the end Frank never did call us back and felt it better to ignore us over telling us something we did not want to hear I guess, we will never know. My initial talk with Frank was fine I was not angry I just wanted him to do what he could to fix the problem and told him we had a deadline with Wells Fargo. I know this review was long, but I needed to vent, hopefully it made as much sense as it needed to. In the end make sure you review everything with a fine-tooth comb because they will find a way to rip you off if they can. I had never looked at the Steinhafel's reviews until this situation, I wish I would have, they are equally terrible. Steinhafels has created a workplace that promotes terrible after-the-sale customer service. It's too bad though, I like their products and have had a lot of compliments on what we bought. I bought a dresser. When I picked it up, it was boxed. It was extremely heavy and difficult to get into the house, causing a lot of pain in my shoulder. upon unboxing it, we found there was a chip in the top. Upon contacting customer service we were told they were in back order but they would order a new one. However, I would be responsible for hauling the extremely heavy dresser back to the store, picking up the new one then trying to get it back in the house again or I'd have to pay for a delivery charge. This is complete unacceptable. I shouldn't have to further injure myself for a defective product they sold me. We have bought numerous expensive items from Steinhafels in the past. We ordered the complete Laramie set of sofa, love seat, recliner on 7-25-21, due to Covid, it was delivered on 11/ 6/21 which was expected. In less than a year, the cushion to the sofa and love seat failed and went flat, something the sales rep assured wouldn't happen due to the craftsmanship of how it's constructed. We are not big people and the only 2 residents in the house. We did purchase the costly VIP warranty (which is through ServeCo Company) that Steinhafels offers. BE WARNED, THIS COMPANY HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND DON'T CARE!! (Read their reviews) On November 4, 2022, our battle with ServeCo began, and I do mean battle!! Trying to get 2 cushions replaced, their system only allows one order at a time, so we had to create 2 tickets (one for each cushion)- seems easy enough- right! We did receive 1 cushion without much trouble, then-I can't tell you how many phone calls I've made to get them to understand there are 2 tickets, for 2 cushions. After 10+ phone calls and a lot of wasted time, we finally got the second cushion (the cushions get sent to your house to wait for the repair company to come and replace). Finally got a date for repair, 2/2/23 with a 3 hour window of arriving. Repair guy arrives and said he wasn't told we had 2 cushions (seriously), they only allow 1 hour per visit and said he couldn't do EITHER cushion (I mean, why did you even come), he will have to go back and explain the situation and reschedule. Just got a call from Tri-State Furniture(2/7/23), who said the available date is March 20, I was not happy that we have to wait almost another month and a half, I asked why the guy came out last time if he couldn't fix the one cushion, she gave a bunch of excuses, talked over me and could have cared less. So now we have to wait until March 20 to see IF they will actually repair our furniture, not holding my breath. We started this repair in November 2022, it's 2/7/23 and still no repair. I did call Steinhafels, who said they can't do anything since it's the warranty company's responsibility, I demanded that someone do SOMETHING to help me, I've invested so much time, he said he'd try to reach out. I also emailed my sales rep and didn't hear back. This has been an absolute nightmare and not sure we'll ever get our cushions replaced. We spent a lot of money on the warranty, and I would NOT purchase from this company again. **Let's not ignore the elephant in the room, which is having to repair cushions on such an expensive furniture set after less than a year, I would expect that from Walmart. The delivery people asked me if I still wanted the damaged furniture. Obviously, I told them not. It took me another six months to get the same furniture. I talked to the manager of Steinhafels by East Towne and he was the worst person I have ever come into contact with!! He was rude, belligerent and a horrible human being!! I will say that I apparently have the same taste as the buyer of the decor in this store. I found myself saying quite often "oooh...I love that" but sadly I don't have an unlimited budget. My husband and I were searching for recliner replacements. This was probably the fourth or fifth store trip. By now to save our marriage and get furniture we like I send him off to test them for comfort since he's tall and if he finds one he likes I either veto if it's hideous or uncomfortable for my frame. Well, low and behold we actually found one here we like. It was a Lazyboy so we know the price tag ahead of time and can appreciate that as the value is there with the brand. We weren't positive we wanted the power though (at a grand for power leather each and we are getting two) so we filtered through the sale tags and see it's half off for the manual. Score! Let the clink-clink-clink of the manual reclining begin. So we asked if there were two in manual. Our sales rep had to search on the computer and discovered that they no longer carry the manual option, but can custom order it for $999. Ummmmm. No thanks. We went to the Lazyboy store instead and bought power recliners for less. However, we did end up going back and this time our visit was pretty smooth. We found an entertainment center and coffee table we liked since our set was well beyond its years. And since it was discounted and we saved money by buying the recliners elsewhere we bought it. Our pick up date was supposed to be on Monday night. It's Monday night and naturally it's not in yet...but hopefully it will be soon. We purchased an expensive sofa (+$3,000) from them back in Oct of 2016. They offered a guardsman protection plan for ~$400. We would never have purchased the plan except that it's main selling feature was that you'd be refunded a credit for the full amount of the protection plan if you didn't file a claim under it after 5 years. It's now been 5.5 years since the purchase and I never received the rebate so I called the store today to inquire about it. They told me that it expired in February and even though I never received it they couldn't reissue it to me. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks. We downsized from a large house to our cabin. We were stuck on how to go from our weekend cabin living to making it an ok full time living space. Our sales person, Becky, recommended the services of designer Michelle Kahl. We had never tried this type of consultation, but decided to bite the bullet and pay the price: We could not be more satisfied. She scheduled a visit, arrived as promised, and did an incredible job of measuring the spaces, discussing our needs, inventorying current furnishings, taking pictures, and setting a future appointment to pursue options. We were surprised at the graphics she presented on the big screen t.v., and we spent another couple of hours planning and choosing. There was no rush, no pressure, and she emailed the graphics of the plan. Michelle, you have our highest praise, and we can genuinely say: There are lots of nice options in furnishings, but planning for the actual space is key. What we may have picked because of what we thought looked great in the store space, would not have necessarily worked in our space without your very professional expertise. read more

I've just decided that you can't actually buy anything from this store. Of the several thing I've purchased over the past few years none of them were in stock or in hand. I had to come back each time after it was shipped over from another store. Even a lamp had to be shipped over. Not good when its more than an hours round trip to the store. They should change the name to Show Room and not store, store sell things.... My 4 biggest complaints and I knocked off a star for each: - Each time I walk in I'm harassed by sales people. One time I counted 17 times! - I purchases something that said $249 and take the additional store sale price off this. There was a promotion saving 30-70% off everything! I purchased the item and was told, not this item its only 10% off! - Everything I've purchased I've had to build, construct or put together. Even a high end TV stand which looked like proper furniture was scree together pine which was flat packed and looked cheap. I never picked it up and took a refund. So they charge high end prices for things that look quality but are in fact cheaply made - As stated above you can never take anything home with you. For your own sanity, shop somewhere else! We spent between $12,000 and $15,000 here on furniture for our new home. Our issues: Unexpected extended lead times and delivery dates that changed with the day. About 75% of the product arrived damaged or broken. Took three months for a replacement delivery. When the replacement delivery happened, they had the wrong items. One of which, was also broken. I've called their customer service at least (I'm not exaggerating) 20 times in the last 4 months because of all of this. Two times I've been told a manager will call me back. That never happened. Currently on hold to speak with a manager. Been on hold for 18 minutes. What a joke this place is. Right now, I want to return every single thing and get a full refund. This company doesn't deserve anyone's business. A request to message this business seems like BS. They don't have a "message this business" button. We recently moved into our newly built home. We purchased a mattress from Steinhafels of Appleton. It was a nightmare! Delivery #1 - the delivery guys scratched our new bedroom set (which was not purchased from Steinhafels). They also ripped the mattress. See pics below. Delivery #2 - the delivery guys came back to replace the ripped mattress. Check out how careful they were...see light they bent. I called the manager and explained our nightmare. No reimbursement for damaging a new bedroom set, bending our light. He did let me know they will be doing additional training for delivery people. I went in this past Sunday to look for a couch and loveseat. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a sales employee (older lady) about 5 minutes asking if I had any questions. I told her we were browsing and she said ok. She came back about 10 minutes later asking if we had any questions, still at that point I didn't. Fast forward about 15 more minutes, when I finally found a couch and loveseat, I went to look for the sales woman. I found her and she was at a computer. So I waited next to the computer while she was helping another customer. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I kept waiting and waiting to at least give her the sale..but she was to focused on this couple purchasing 8k in furniture and not my sale. So, I decided to wander the store to find another sales person. Not a single person asked me if I had any questions or needed help. So, after that, I left and no sale. I don't appreciate that I felt that I was not worth a sales persons time and while the customer service was good upon walking in, it fell completely flat after that. We purchased over $7,000 in bedroom furniture from Steinhafels. It was a special order from the manufacturer. After waiting 6 months for the furniture to arrive, one of the beds broke within the first month. Steinhafels did a poor job at "repairing" the footboard. When I called and spoke to the manager he said that was all they could do until it breaks again. I told him that was unacceptable to have someone perhaps injured when we knew the bed was not safe and would break again. He insisted he could do nothing. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. I spoke to the president of the company and he said another customer had just called with the same issue from Steinhafels and a broken bed-footboard. He told me he would replace the footboard at no cost and I should hear from Steinhafels to have it installed. NO contact from Steinhafels. I called on several occasions and was told there was no new footboard. I sent the emails I had from the President of the company and they finally found the footboard and replaced it several months after the bed was first broken. No apology. Awful customer service and very high prices. We will never buy anything from them again! read more

Pay very close attention to the negative reviews here. Steinhafels does NOT care about customers...at all. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less. My story starts with a pickup of 2 nightstands w/ attached power strips at the beltline location. After I brought them home, i noticed that one of them had an electrical short. First problem: i waited on hold for over an hour to speak with someone. Also, their "call me back when an agent is free" thing does not work. After talking with someone, I was told I would have to return the defective nightstand myself, and pick a replacement up. They would only deliver a replacement if i paid a delivery fee. Steinhafels was not willing to inconvenience themselves at all for their mistake. I imagine this policy would extend to any picked up item (or perhaps delivered item). There are so many better options for furniture in Madison. read more

I've shopped at this store many times over the years. Decent selection - the place is pretty big - and nice people, I've never had complaints about staff - but this review is mainly about mattresses. This is definitely not the place to shop. We stopped in here a few months back to check out selection and prices in mattresses. They do have quite a few to choose from. Mostly high end mattresses that are priced 3-4 times their actual value. Way WAY too expensive. Years back I worked for an ad agency for a mattress company, so I know a big about what goes into a mattress and it's cost (materials and labor). Truth is, anything over $900 for a King pillow top is just wasteful. This place had all their mattresses priced way too high. Most places do this - but then offer "sale" prices that seem like a deal but get the prices back to a normal mark up. Not here. I see their commercials now for mattresses and I shiver. Terrible. As for the other furniture- we've had some hits and misses. They have some good quality stuff and some budget stuff. You get what you pay for. read more

My brother and I looooved Steinhafels as kids - there was something about row after row of stuff to sit on, lay on, and play with (plus free snacks/drinks/play area and proximity to the delicious Culver's kids meal that awaited if we behaved) that made this one of the better places to get dragged to on shopping days. In college I found a crazy nice mattress for an unreasonably cheap price in their mismatched stock clearance area. When it came time for a new mattress, Steinhafels was at the top of my list. Unfortunately, that one magic mattress is not the norm. Also, when you're the one shelling out the big bucks, the store doesn't hold the same magic it did for me as a penniless child. While looking through the clearance mattresses I told the salesperson about my last find and they said I was crazy to think I'd find that again. I gave in and moved on to the regular mattresses, and while another salesperson approached us I explained that I was super indecisive but I would come find him if I had any questions. To my surprise, he actually honored my request. Major points there. I had been planning to get a memory foam mattress, and Steinhafels had two in-house brands that fit my price point. The salesperson talked me out of them, though; he said their budget brand was not really built to last with regular use. He suggested it was an okay buy for a guest room, but if I planned to sleep on it every night I shouldn't waste the money. They do have a more premium version, and other well-known brands like TempurPedic, but I wasn't ready to shell out $1000 or more that day, especially since I was under the naive impression I'd be able to score another amazing mattress for $300 like last time. I switched over to testing coil mattresses with memory foam/plus toppers. I eventually settled on a bamboo-covered mattress from their in-house brand. In the store, it felt comfortable, but in just about a year of sleeping on it it already seems kind of worn. The salesperson who talked me out of the memory foam said this was one of my better bets; I'm a little worried to know what state a cheaper mattress would be in. The other thing that bothered me was when I was checking out I asked if I could schedule delivery for later; I was moving about six weeks after I purchased the mattress but wanted to nab it on sale without having to haul it from my old place to the new. The salesperson really talked the idea down, telling me he couldn't guarantee they'd be able to hang on to the mattress if I left it in their warehouse. What were they going to do, sell it after I paid for it? I was sent home to schedule a delivery on my own. Delivery was fairly easy but late. They seemed weirded out that I didn't want them to take the plastic off and asked for it to be loaded into the basement, but since I was being forced to move it again I didn't see the point in unwrapping it or putting it in a room I'd have to maneuver it back out of in a few weeks. I wouldn't completely rule out shopping at Steinhafels in the future, but I am going to be more weary this time around. read more

So day one - Steinhafel's. The manager, in an eye burning yellow shirt, asked me if I needed help. I told him what I wanted. We looked. I found a sofa I liked but it was just out of my price range. I explained that to the manager and instead of taking any other normal approach, he invaded my personal space by learning in abnormally close to me. It was weird and in a very menacing manner, explained to me that this sale was only happening today and I needed to act. He would not be responsible for me losing the great sale. Fine, make a sale, but do not creep me out while doing it. Also, why so abrasive? Gross. Please change your shirt, you look like Dwight. Day two - I really liked that couch so I went back the next day and then there was Bob!. Love him. He sat me down and priced out my couch. Wow. What a thought? Just sit down and talk with me. He gave me my options worked with my budget and length restriction. Thank you Bob. You manged to get Steinhafel's 5 stars and only lose one star for the manager with no boundries who is probably your boss. Note: I have not purchased the sofa yet. Pretty cheap furniture. Ok if you plan to replace in a few years. We bought some reclining chairs and a couch--the armrests are particle board (I've heard them cracking through the upholstery--I guess I have really boney elbows??) and the couch doesn't recline anymore (it's on a track, which came apart). But here's what I think is SHADY and why I'm giving 2 stars: We'd been shopping for a dining table set for a couple of weeks--we saw one here we liked (on sale) but were taking our time and looking at several places. We finally went back to buy the table we saw here; it was still on sale, but now cost more because the "ORIGINAL" price had gone up. When we asked the sales woman how that would happen, she said that the vendor who makes the furniture decides on the price. I've never worked in this industry, but it seems strange that the original price for the same table would change from one week to another, especially since they rotate through furniture regularly. If you're looking for solid furniture that will last, don't shop here. If you want something that looks decent but won't last, this is the place to go. We headed to Steinhafels as a reward for 3 days of intense patio building - patio furniture, here we come! The 4th of July sale offered a number of nice sets for decent prices. This was a definite plus - you could get something quite fancy ($1000+) or much more moderately priced ($300+) and they seemed to have a larger selection than what we'd seen at other chain stores. We worked with Jordan who was casual and informative, just how I like my salespeople. He was not pushy, he just sat with us and had a frank conversation about the pros/cons of different sets. The set we wanted was not in-stock so we had to wait until the next day for it to come from the warehouse. As promised, it arrived on time and was fairly easy to assemble (easy for me to say, I just supervised). All in all I would certainly check them out again for future furniture needs - especially during sale season! read more

Buying a couch is a difficult task. You sit. And sit. Sit some more. Sit a little longer. Then sit some more. Put your feet up, that's fine. I was impressed with the large selection Steinhafels offers in their showroom. So many couches to sit on. Even working TVs to watch while you try them out! So many different styles and prices of couches, mattresses, and other living space accessories to choose from. Even better was our no-nonsense salesman who offered us a great deal on a showroom display couch. The delivery was great. They offer a real-time tracking app for their delivery drivers so you know exactly when they will arrive. Since moving to Madison several years ago we have bought quite a bit of furniture, most from Steinhafels, some from other places. We have been very satisfied with the sales people at the store (we bought from the location along the beltline). We were looking at a sectional, and the salesman advised us that one of their biggest sales would be coming up in a couple of months. As promised, he called us as soon as the sale started to let us know the lower price was available. Excellent follow-up! Why not five stars? For service I do give five stars. However, not all of the furniture can be considered high-quality merchandise, which in all fairness one would expect at this price point. With a teen, we often buy extended warranties, and we needed to exercise warranty claims both for our sectional as well as a queen bed. Steinhafels offers extended warranties through Guardsman. When we filed our first claim I did some internet research on Guardsman and read a lot of horror stories, but in our experience Guardsman's service was excellent, despite a somewhat convoluted claims filing process. I ordered a King Hickory sectional from Steinhafels in Madison Wisc Jan 2021, and paid the $10K, and was told it would be delivered in April. Then the date pushed to June, then July, then August, and now Sept. How is it possible to miss a targeted completion/delivery date by 5 months. I have called multiple times and they wont even let me talk to anyone. And yes, they just confirmed they are still selling furniture, that they know they cant deliver. read more

I purchased a carpet from Steinhafels. I don't think that I'll be going back. When the saleswoman sat down at the computer and ran the numbers on the carpet size which I had selected, it was pretty expensive. But at that point, I felt a little cornered, and I wasn't interested in prolonging my search. So I bought it. (Also, I'm male, and I really don't like being called "honey" or "sweety" by sales staff...) A word of warning... Be certain that you actually read all of the forms which you are required to sign & initial as part of the purchase transaction. You are basically making it impossible for you to return the item, or cancel the purchase if you experience buyer's remorse while walking out the door. When the carpet was delivered, the delivery guys were nice enough. But they were also hot, harried & manhandling the carpet. I managed to get them to place the carpet where I wanted it on the floor. When they left, I noticed all sorts of tiny clear plastic beads all over the place, as well as a crushed Doritos chip on the floor. I spent a lot of time picking these tiny plastic beads out of the carpet, and I still occasionally find them or hear them go up the vacuum. I'm not exactly sure what the tiny beads are all about. But when you spend as much money as I did on a carpet, you don't expect to have to deal with these types of issues. So I guess in summary, I reluctantly purchased a carpet which was too expensive for my budget, and it wasn't a great experience overall. Did two separate orders. One order was for a leather sofa and chair. And some time later, the 2nd order was for a bed. The sofa and chair were out of stock but I went ahead to backorder it since I liked it. The salesman said it would be about 3 weeks. Ended up being almost 2 months! If you want to chance it on a backorder, do at your own risk. On the other hand, I bought a bed for the guest bedroom. It was the quickest, most painless transaction. Everything was punctual and smooth. The sales people are commission hungry vultures, I couldn't be left alone in the store for more than 5 minutes... read more

I've had some good experiences here. Good prices for decent Furnature. I also had a few bad experiences where the salesperson wandered off to help other people. They are obviously on commission here and if they feel that they can't make a quick sale, they will bail on you for someone else. I try to avoid commission based business because of the attitude of the sales people. As long as you can keep them believing they will make a sale TODAY, everything is ok. If they get even a hint that your just shopping, they don't have the time for you. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a couch for my son on August 25th and now it is October 17th and still no couch. When I purchasef it I asked about getting the floor mod since it was on the back in the SALE area. I was told NO since there were 4 in the warehouse but it would tske only 2 weeks to get it delivered. Well now I know that was a bsld faced LIE. There never was 4 in the warehouse! I called and asked to speak to a manager and all I got was a salesperson who said a manager would call me. That was a LIE too. I called a week later and got the original salesperson and he told me that in a week they would call and arrange delivery. Anothet LIE. A couple text messages later he said he would check pnit and let me know. Another LIE! STEER VERY CLEAR of this outfit!!!! read more

When you order, make sure you know when you will take delivery. Ordered a new living room in October and waiting on a loveseat in May. You don't have to tolerate that for decent furniture. read more
