The speedometer was also not calibrated for the tires that were on the vehicle and was told there was nothing they could do to calibrate correctly. Then to top it off, when I brought the truck in for its first routine service appointment (oil change/tire rotation) I discovered that the plug I put in the rear passenger tire just a week prior was still in the same location. Hmm? I do believe there is a consumer protection act that this dealership should be concerned about. The letter has been drafted. They treat you great until the paperwork is signed and the check is cashed, after that, you are merely someone they suckered into buying a vehicle. My son is in the market to buy a new truck, unfortunately, I am not recommending them.

Save yourself some money and get better service and go elsewhere! I attached my bill so all can see. Way to rip off the consumer Klien! Also- added my multi-point vehicle inspection report. AND hardly even drive the vehicle considering my work is walking distance) Now Curt Wegner is telling me there is nothing he can do because it is my own fault and laughed at me on the phone. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Klein at all. ALSO when I picked up my vehicle after spending so much money on it, my gas tank was very low. I have purchased new from other dealerships before, my gas tanks were always full. I swerved to my left to avoid a crash and ended up on the raised mediam. Thank God, I didn't hit a power pole or tree. So. here I am, only been here since March 13. The impact messed up my front suspension, and I am clueless as to which mechanic to trust. My truck, Greenie, will take several days to repair. I live in Marathon City and work in the Walmart pharmacy, and MUST get to work every day. So, I gingerly drove down off the medium. As soon as I started driving (slowly), both tires started squalling, Yep, front steering sector fritzed big time, and I needed to get an AWD vehicle. The best plan I could come up with was to drive a mile to a dealership near Menard, check their inventory, get recommendations on mechanics in the area, and buy a clean, AWD vehicle. SelectAUTO came up as highly recommended, though they are located in Weston. I requested that they send a wrecker, which they did, and I sailed away in a 2017 Ford Escape. Mike Molitor, the manager, is extra nice, very helpful. It took 10 days to assemble the parts and get them installed. While they were at it, they adjusted and cleaned my brakes. Nicely done! Reasonable too.!

Given the fact that it was 90's outside and we still had a several more hours of driving over the weekend, we decided to look up a place in Green Bay to see if they could take a look. Auto Select popped up on Yelp and we called. Even though all appointments for that afternoon were booked, they agreed to take a look for us. We got there an hour or so later, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts to wait. About 15-20 minutes later, through the window at our table, we saw one of the mechanics not run but actually SPRINT to the car and pull it up to the garage for service. This place was not lying about their exceptional service. They kept us in the loop via phone about the areas of the car they were inspecting and what the associated costs would be. Ultimately we ended up having to replace the compressor, which was a bummer as it was not cheap, but the price they quoted was fair and we were happy they had the part on hand. All in all, only took 2-3 hours and we were back on our way. AC is working again and we were happy to be kept cool the entire holiday weekend. Thanks Auto-Select! Side note: If you need a place to wait, would recommend Wise Fools Pub down the road. $2 beer on happy hour! Can't beat that price!

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. The bill was about $2000 is what they quoted. And they try to convince income for me that everything needed to be replaced when it did not. Everything is just fine other than what I came there for.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. So i went back to the auto select and ask them if they can look at it n replace the part BECAUSE I HAVE 3years part warranty on it. talked to Anthony and the onwer they kept interrupting me and wasnt trying to listen or hear anything they being really RUDE about it.. they didn't listen or do anything about it.. i spent over 4000$ and still the check engine light still on because of auto select.
