I had no idea there was a consult fee/what it would be until I was there...350$ and didn't know the price of the shot when I asked. it wasn't until afterwards that the person at the front desk at Front desk gave me an 800 number for cost estimation. To make a long story short I was billed about 512.20$ for this shot...83.00$ to admin the shot, and 158.00$ a facility fee...the shot...was way over average price...since I paid the consult out of pocket they deducted some leaving me w/ 414.26 which is still outrageous...I spoke to cost estim after the fact they didn't do anything, sent me to billing they couldn't do anything & they refer'd me to Patient Relations...what a joke & not helpful they didn't do anything...I emailed to higher up admin they never responded...Don't go to the Travel Clinic Part...go anywhere else most places give you an idea of pricing / range...this place will send you a surprise bill...Very unprofessional bad experience...I should have an idea on pricing esp when requesting...Worst Customer Relations Experience I've ever had they can save money not bothering to hire someone not to help.

As posted elsewhere:…read more I previously was as I now feel forced into my first surgery as a child because I was born deformed: this surgery was purely cosmetic and resulted in a tissue expander being put in me about 25 years ago it was put in by a froedert doctor (no records exist allege froedert) well that tissue expander popped after many years it's been causing me pain and affecting my quality of life and ability to work (constant pain isn't fun! not being able to do things you enjoy isn't fun!) on June 19th I went to this location to try to get into plastics for a surgery that would NOT only get this expander out but would also use my own TISSUE (reducing the number of surgeries over my lifetime from 1 every 10-15 years to maby 2 total in the rest of my life) and what I experienced with that doctor (rodriguez? something like it?) AFTER waiting over a month (again: this thing HURTS and has sence cost me my job! which was one of my concerns) just to be SEEN was no less then the SINGLE WORST DOCTOR VISIT OF MY LIFE! And that has to be saying something! I was charged $720 for new patient visit for mere 15 minutes with Nurse Practitioner, no labs or tests. Patient of clinic for 20 years, no idea would be charged for more than a normal televisit and 3×s urgent care. 2022 visit also misbilled and had to fight months to not pay $1,200 for routine labs coded incorrectly to insurance by Aurora. Horrible experiences.

Went in for abdominal pain and other GI issues for months, he says its muscular and the GI stuff was unrelated and gives me pain killers and muscle relaxers, and tells me I am too young to have IBS. He only ever talked to me with a prescription pad in hand ready to prescribe me some new pills to take. It never seemed like he put much thought into any of my cases since in his opinion I was too young to have any problems. Tell that to the kids who are living in hospitals around the country with cancer or other serious illnesses. I told my new doctor that, and they laughed at how ridiculous those comments are. On one occasion he did not even show up to his office for my appointment time, so I had to reschedule. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, then keep looking because you will be underwhelmed by both the level of of service and bedside manner you receive with him. I completely regret trusting Advent with my sinus issues. The initial visit was informative and…read morethey assured me that my deviated septum wasn't the main cause of my sinus issues and that a balloonoplasty and turbinate reduction would provide me relief. I also have a cyst in my maxillary sinus that was touched on in the appointment, but wasn't taken care of during the procedure. After the procedure, I had multiple cleaning appointments, all with different ENTs. None of them seemed to be on the same page with aftercare and concerns. I even had one ENT administer numbing spray and then leave the room after. I had a reaction to it and passed out alone in the treatment room. When she found me, she said it could happen sometimes. why leave me alone then? Anyways, each cleaning I insisted symptoms were not improving and they kept telling me keep giving it time. So i did, following aftercare thoroughly. When I had my last visit, I still didn't feel better even though I was supposed to be fully healed by then. I requested another CT scan to see if there was improvement from the procedure but they denied my request and told me to wait another 6 weeks to make sure everything was healed. Mind you, I was told I was healing on time and everything looked great. I seeked out a second opinion because I was tired of not being heard. Within one appointment with the new ENT i saw, she identified scar rings from the turbinate reduction that scarred onto my cartilage, creating an obstruction. She also said there's no way I could remove the cyst without fixing my septum diviation which is more serious than it was made out to be by Advent. So now I have to get a septoplasty, turbinate reduction to fix the scarring, fix my concha bullosa, and remove the cyst that has now taken over my entire sinus cavity. I wonder why none of the ENTs I saw at Advent after my procedure never mentioned seeing any of the scarring in my nose. I felt so dismissed throughout my time working with Advent. I'm so disappointed. They will not recieve a payment from me until this is sorted out. The images I shared are findings from a CT i got after everything i had done with Advent. This is from a different network of ENT.
