I called the after-hours number twice recently and got calls back in less than 5 minutes both times from doctors who were able to provide advice and reassurance to this very anxious, first time parent. This is so helpful when you are up worried about your sick child. I don't know how else to describe it, but it just feels like they care about your child as much as you do and to me, that is so important and will ensure we stick with Milestones!

Since this is a Medi spa, I went in with a little bit of trepidation that everyone inside would look very fake, and I would almost feel like an outsider without any fillers or Botox, but that wasn't the case. That was a nice bonus! However, it almost erred on the side of too casual. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. If you'd like an unpretentious medi spa experience, this could be a great place for you! Everyone was very friendly and casual, as well as helpful. And the facility itself was very nice, clean, and professional.

He has both scheduled and performed all of my massages. He is warm, kind and before each massage sits down with you to discuss what you'd like him to work on so he can best address any aches and pains you are experiencing. He is incredibly skilled at manual massage, and is also well versed in other massage techniques like cupping. I have nothing but good things to say about Jeffery and Milwaukee Reiki! Instead, he felt an Erbium laser was the best option for me since I had more 'crepey' skin rather than excess. The treatment, care and results were all phenomenal. I finally can use foundation around my eyes without it sinking into the wrinkles and looking caked on - which is a plus as a younger female who likes to get creative with my make-up. I also received beautiful flowers the day after my procedure which was such a nice touch. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Campbell for any future cosmetic procedures!
