Steins- what am I going to do with you? The three stars is for your employees and some of your special unique hard to find items. I am a huge flower and gardening person. And I come because you have a great selection. But, the prices are a little over the top. I have to either wait until there's a sale or don't shop at all. Your employees are five stars. They are always smiling and welcoming and helpful and kind. And in the store you can find some unique items that you are not going to find at other stores. It's fun to eye shop there if nothing else. But again the prices. :( Even on sale, items are barely affordable. But everything is displayed so nicely that you're very tempted. I think you would do more business if your prices were just a little more within the range of normal human affordability . I am very torn as I do love this store though.

Great place for your garden needs. They will have those things you just can't find at the big box stores. Locally owned business is always good to support. You may think they are expensive but you would be surprised to find that they are competitively priced and some times even cheaper.

No, Stein's, you need a drain hole! Way to keep perpetuating the myth!

This location is also the company headquarters. This store gets the best merchandise and may have stuff that the other stores don't because they are testing its marketability here. The 108th street store is also a testing guinea pig. Along with the old standbys for outdoor planting, they carry a line of Wisconsin native plants and every year are expanding their succulent selection. 87/2014

Poor customer service, disdainful and rude. Lost (another) customer. Felt staff thought service was an imposition on their time.

As of right now I give bobs 3 stars. I bought a sectional from them in September 2021 which they…read moresaid would take about 3 months to be available due to Covid etc. 3 months pass and I get an automated text in December that it's ready to pick up, and that I only had the next 3 days to do so. On Christmas week. I got it done, it had been a stressful month for me personally and you throw that on top of it it was just a lot.. but no complaints on the sectional, I love it. I just wish they gave you more time for pick up. I had to wait 3 months, and they gave me 3 days. Don't choose delivery unless you're all for the convenience. They charge based on how expensive your order is. My sectional was over $2000 and they wanted $270 for delivery...pass. I rented a uhaul and picked it up no problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went into the store to checkout counter stools. I found some that I liked but went home to make sure that's what I wanted. I ordered them online the next day. Then I got a text saying I could call about my order details. I called (this was Sunday) and they told me I could pickup anytime next week Monday after 2pm. I went there that next week Monday at 3pm to pick them up and they told me the stools weren't there and that they aren't even in the truck yet. I told them that someone over the phone told me I could get them today. She said no, you'll get a text saying they're ready for pickup and have to schedule a time. I was real irritated. Waste of my time. Blew off 2 separate plans to go do that after work. Then of course 2 days later is when I get that text. I went back in there, pickup was no issue. We got home and had to assemble the chair legs etc and one of the legs was missing a "foot". It sucked but we had a quick solution. Then I notice the feet are scratching my floor so bad. So... we pried all the feet out of the legs and put pads on instead. Problem solved. I rate a 3 because the stuff I've bought from them is nice quality- I love both the stools and sectional. But the foot issue with the stool really irked me and so did the pickup miscommunication. I plan to order a new area rug from them too soon so I hope I don't have any more issues.

I was told the only way to get the dresser I ordered within a week was to pay $100 delivery fee. If…read moreI wanted to pick it up for no charge I was told I wouldn't be able to get it for 2-3 weeks. I paid the $100 for delivery and the day before delivery I was told it was not ready and I had to schedule out another 1-2 weeks. I requested a refund to my delivery fee as their part of the deal was not upheld. I was told to call customer service where they went back and fourth with me for 20 minutes saying all they could give me was $23 off. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.

Well well well ! Where do I start? I'm a sucker for leaving reviews when a place sparks my joy. I…read morewas here a few weeks back before close and even though I got what I was looking for (wooden laundry basket) I HAD to come back. This place is like a fun interactive adult museum. Getting to see so many curated spaces, touch a bunch of fabrics,be submersed in a piece of furniture. I came hear for their cookies! Left with 10 packs. The cutest packaged cookies I've ever seen with hearts for my tea parties. I'm ecstatic that they came out with a third flavor! Lemon Vanilla! I have yet to taste test. Also! 2 for $3 if you're an in ikea member instead of 2 for $5. The membership is free and they call you family after, so worth it and it's funny because you may not be related to your friend by blood but family through IKEA :) I seriously don't think I'll have room today to taste test after having their Swedish meatball lunch with linenberry juice. LINNENBERRY juice! I seriously love it. It's way better than cranberry juice, sweeter but more refreshing. It's an ikea thing. I also came for my snake plant (I heard they're impossible to kill:) ) got that! Got a breakfast in bed tray for my picnics. This place sparks up great convo with your friend and just great inspo all around if you're a visual person, such cute stuff. Some funky looking stuff, all quit practical. As someone who appreciates systems and inclusivity, you name it this place has got it down. Besides handi-capped parking there is parking for expecting mothers and parents with children! The bathrooms have complimentary toiletries. Staff is attentive. Finished off with the second meal place after checking out after we read a sign about free ice cream! :) who can pass that up, got a boat load of strawberry vanilla swirl. And a hotdog (for the experience) and had a complimentary cinnamon roll sample while we waited and figured out the self serve ordering kiosk.

We enjoy eating at the IKEA cafeteria. Reasonable prices. I have an issue with the cleanliness of…read morethe eating area. I like to sit towards the back where they have a sofa. Every time I sit there the blue triangular chair/tables appear as though they haven't been wiped off for at least a week. The round table in front of us same thing. Has not been wiped off for at least a couple days. I noticed there was less salmon on the salmon/potato salad plate they serve. When I asked about it, I was told they reduced the amount of salmon to comply with some standard for portion control...However, they did not lower the price.
