PRO-FESSIONAL! I'm a real estate investor and had to have a client get some documents notarized. He is elderly and couldn't leave his home. I called Tom and explained the situation. I would Fed Ex docs to the seller at his home the call Tom and let him know they were ready to be notarized. He even offered to drop off the envelope with the signed docs at a Fed Ex drop off location. Tom communicated with me through out the day from arriving at the sellers house to double checking with me about questions the seller had about the docs to dropping the envelope off.
