A family member of mine is now housebound and we needed a quit claim deed notarized. I called Rick on a Friday afternoon and he came out Saturday morning. He was punctual and extremely pleasant. I rarely write reviews for anything (Yelp, Amazon, etc.). I needed a document notarized for my 90 year old mom. She is in total lockdown (due to covid restrictions) at a local assisted living facility in the Sacramento area. She is very frail and unable to be transported to a notary. I found Rick on Yelp with a bunch of 5 star reviews and now I know why. He is AMAZING! He showed up at the facility on time. He was extremely patient and compassionate with my mom. I'm not going to lie, I usually use UPS to perform notary services. Their customer service was okay. The bare minimum. Well it was after 6 p.m. and I needed an insurance document notarized right away because it was due the next morning before the UPS store opened. I searched Google and found Rick. Upon calling him, he answered with a pleasant tone and informed me that he did have a couple of appointments but that he would be happy to come meet me another time. I told him I was in the Orangevale area and he made time for me! Within 5 minutes he was at the place I told them to meet me. When Rick arrived he was dressed to impress and extremely pleasant. I had my 11 month old baby girl with me, and he could not be more loving and generous. Then he did something that completely surprised me and I won't say it out of respect for privacy, but just know that it was amazing. He is the best notary service, hands down.
