He scanned it in front of me to confirm that all was 'good' and I left. I'm glad I found this spot. It's in a good location with lots of easy parking and next to Raley's at the corner of Douglas & Sunrise and adjacent to the Walgreen's Rx drive-through; so you can coordinate a couple of quick trips together. With Christmas coming up; I'm glad I found this place. This location also has a Notary that may come in handy in the future. I've used their service before in San Jose and it came in handy. I'd recommend calling ahead for an appt for this service so they can carve out some time for you; to check ID etc.

I mentioned I had Amazon returns and he pointed to an Amazon kiosk and said, "scan there." No assistance, no smile, no greeting whatsoever. WOW! I managed to figure stuff out, but when I asked, "do I leave it with you?", he said, "you can", as if I knew where to put the boxes. There was no sign or info on where to put the boxes. Just a very smug, rude mannerism for both of them. I see that the owner responds to the reviews which is good, but nothing changes. I believe it is a franchise store and that is the problem. No professionalism. I used to work for UPS and this is not the way it's done. I'll be calling corporate and letting them know.

As a result of the DMV's Peter Principle, INEPT Rules/Regulations, I had no choice but, snail mail the DMV Document at the Rancho Cordova CA US Post Office location!!!! In addition, the Post Office Clerk informed me it's best registering the DMV Document letter just in case, the DMV fails returning the correspondence. Such instances Motorists sending DMV Documents: The Post Office Clerk has experienced too many customers being subjected to the DMV losing their DMV Documents!!!! Therefore, I'm grateful the Post Office Clerk has my back via proving my DMV Document will be guaranteed being received rather than "purposefully lost!" OY-EVAY!!!!

Worth it for us bc my wife needed this service just recently. This shop is walkable distance from our home but we chose to drive bc it was raining that day. They will even pack it for me if I need them too. The staff is always Smiling. It's just a really good experience every time. Once in a while there's a little bit of a wait but it's worth it. By the time I leave I'm fully confident that my recipient is going to get their package by the designated timeframe and It won't be damaged. I highly recommend this location of FedEx. And I really appreciate the staff members there.
