Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don't know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian "we don't accept YOUR kind." That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they're kept around. She definitely has no care for customer service and I would fire her! I can't say enough good things about my most-recent experience at the UPS store. As soon as I…read morewalked in, I was greeted by Marcus. He has amazing customer-service skills! I honestly thought I was going to have to do all the work and then just hand the finished product to one of the representatives. However, as soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with a smile. I explained to Marcus what I needed, and he took it from there. He boxed up everything, taped it, and guided me along the way on how I should ship the package to ensure that it is received successfully. He was patient. He was kind. And last, but certainly not least, he was professional. It is my absolute pleasure to provide him the best review possible. I encourage the UPS store to recognize him and cultivate his talents. Lastly, we are currently experiencing difficult times. There are so many angry people who want to be unkind to others. I encourage anyone who reads this to consider that the world needs more positive feedback. Do your part. I was sent a QR code to return my item, Sealed up the box, printed a label & taped it to the box. When I walked through the door, a young man held out his hand, like "I'll take that" and he did. He scanned it in front of me to confirm that all was 'good' and I left. I'm glad I found this spot. It's in a good location with lots of easy parking and next to Raley's at the corner of Douglas & Sunrise and adjacent to the Walgreen's Rx drive-through; so you can coordinate a couple of quick trips together. With Christmas coming up; I'm glad I found this place. This location also has a Notary that may come in handy in the future. I've used their service before in San Jose and it came in handy. I'd recommend calling ahead for an appt for this service so they can carve out some time for you; to check ID etc.

He has been especially kind with his customer service. Even in these hot summer days he still gives great customer service. As you can imagine living somewhere for 10 years you would expect to lose your mail key every now and again and some times I have to drive around and look for him if I happen to miss him and will retrieve my mail for me. My mailman prior to him I believe his name was victor(now retired) used to do the same thing .. they are amazing and I just wanted to give them their flowers. I reached my turn and (I want to say her name is Melanie but I'm blanking!) very apologetically let me know I was missing items and needed to come back in order to have my docs notarized. Truly not a problem. She was so sweet and I could tell she really didn't want to tell me she couldn't complete the service then. Not a problem, I gathered what I needed and returned an hour or so later. Just as gracious as the first time, she helped me through the whole process quickly and explained everything thoroughly. She's just an overall pleasant person! $15 to notarize and a truly pleasant customer service experience, can't beat that!

The third time, same thing even after repeating myself and the cashier acknowledges that I needed a return receipt. Coming home I checked my receipt to find out that she did NOT indeed charge me for the return receipt even after repeating it more than twice that I needed one. I will not be returning my business for the simple fact that they cant get this simple thing done.
