Wow, I loved working with these guys and had such a great experience with them. They supplied the chairs, cocktail tables, and linens for the outdoor ceremony portion of our small wedding (60 guests) and were super efficient and friendly throughout, and ahead of schedule during drop-off. My friend was my wedding coordinator and only had wonderful things to say about them. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I kept having guests add and drop and so I changed the number of chairs I needed at least 4 times-- each time, Jim quickly sent me an updated order and gave me peace of mind that everything was correct. They don't have all the bells and whistles of other rental companies (e.g., colored linens, silverware, tableware), but if you are looking for just a couple staple items, I highly recommend giving Jim a call! read more

We were very happy we went with Stellar Event Rentals for our tables and chairs for our wedding in May 2014. They were very helpful, flexible and gave us the best bid. Our venue required that everything had to be out that night and it seemed liked most rental places charged a mighty extra to do late night pick-up. I used Stellar Event Rentals to rent tables and chairs for my wedding in July 2011 at the arboretum. They absolutely could not have made this process any easier for me. I had sort of a small rental package (no linens, plates, etc...) but felt that I still got the same awesome service they must offer to everybody. I had to change quantities a couple times because of surprise RSVPs, but Jim worked with all my requests. The guys from Stellar showed up at our scheduled drop off, pick up times ON THE DOT, not even a minute late, and quickly set things out for us. It was awesome. My wife and I hired Stellar Event Rentals to rent chairs and linens for our wedding. I chose them based on the reviews and they certainly held up! We were in contact with Jim Baker who set up all the chairs (with a time crunch that we were worried about) and he had everything perfectly set up with time to spare. He also let us pick up the linens a couple days early so we could have them on hand to get our rehearsal room set up as soon as possible. The pricing is also very comparable, but for the quality of service, you are are really getting a lot for what you pay for. It is also great to support small business! In 2008 I was one of the vendor coordinators for Seattle's Pride Parade. I volunteered to coordinate the tables, chairs and stage rental and placement. I cannot say enough good things about working with Jim Baker at Stellar Rentals. I had taken on the role with very little information to work with about how things had been done in previous years. I called Jim and immediately he put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns and about how we wanted things to be this year which was different than in previous years. He provided us with helpful suggestions for placement of items and creative substitutions that might make sense for our situation. During the planning process the items we needed grew and shrunk numerous times and each time Jim said 'no problem'. The final changes happened a day before we were supposed to meet and again Jim said no problem. He is amazing! Most of our communication was done via email and it never took longer than a day for him to respond to my request or questions. The day of the event he and his crew arrived a half an hour earlier than we originally planned to make sure everything would be set up in time. If you're ever in need a rental company and want someone who will get the job done in an efficient and professional manner, you need to talk to Jim.
