We used Pacheco's for multiple services for our wedding last month, and it was the best decision we made! We hired our bartenders, DJ, waitstaff, room flip and tear down crew all through Pacheco's. This is the second place I've left a positive review and I would leave them more if I could. Matthew was supremely helpful. I was planning our wedding event from the east coast. He took time to flesh out all the details and provide me with excellent servers who knew exactly what to do. Dana ran point. She is EXTREMELY capable. She had a sense for how the day had to flow, where to position herself, how best to help our guests and provide for everyone's enjoyment. Jesse was wonderful, too. Both of them kept the day running so smoothly my guests and caterer remarked how great they were. Quick overview of what they did: set up all the tables, linens, buffet. They kept the tables clear, moved chairs as guests congregated in certain areas, etc. At the end of the party they broke everything down and made sure the fridges were clear (it was a totally rented space). I hired Matthew and Pachecos wedding to help with tear down. What a relief it was to have someone other than the wedding party take the decor down. They were on time, timely and super helpful. I recently hired Pacheco's for the set up and tear down of a school auction. Planning an event is a lot of work, and usually the day of the event is really stressful, but this time I had help. The Pachecos team did all of the set up of tables, chairs, linens, and place settings. On top of that - which was what they were hired for - they were cheerful, offered to help with anything we needed, and they went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we needed. Matt was communicative, a good worker and fun to be with. He knows events and what the needs are without a list. He called out details that he saw might need doing to make sure that everything was perfect. He swept the floor after setting tables to be sure that centerpiece bits weren't everywhere. At clean up time they were quick and thorough. They were again cheerful and fun to be with (even late at night!), and they politely made sure that everyone understood when we needed to be out of the venue, and they completed the entire venue clean up checklist and checked us out of the space. I couldn't have pulled off this event without them unless I doubled my amount of volunteers. They were worth every penny, and I will continue to hire them every year for this event. read more

I found Pacheco's through the Seattle Bride magazine article. I was looking for an event set up and break down crew at the time. I contacted Pacheco's and from the beginning, Matthew (Pacheco) was very responsive and enthusiastic. I had seen photos from other events his team had set up and was impressed. Matthew wanted to try out being our day-of-coordinator as well. We felt good in giving him a chance since he's been with the wedding industry for a while and was very motivated to do a good job. So I shared my timeline and floor plan with him just days before the wedding and he studied up and came to our rehearsal to facilitate and ask clarify details. On our wedding day, we came to the venue, which was set up perfectly to the plans I'd laid out! Matthew's crew was polite and worked seamlessly during the event to ensure refreshments were served at the right time, busing tables, and cleaning up meticulously. We even had Matthew get on the mic to make announcements and he got us our food so we could eat early and start socializing with guests. The lead from Matthew's team, Alexis, is a real rock star!!! She was so detailed and on-point, cueing us for timing and transitioning spaces. She was working in the background making everything run smoothly. My hubby and I hired these guys for our wedding to get extra help. Matt the owner provided us with 2 event staff and a bartender to help host our wedding. The guys came on time and was ready to do whatever was needed. Bartender was great! Very attentive and friendly to all our guests. Event staff were on point, helped us get everything set up, host and clean up after a long busy day. (So yes! Pacheco's provided staffing for my daughters wedding. Matthew was very patient with all the myriad of questions, and he was very responsive all the way from beginning to end. The Pacheco staff were nothing shy of amazing. They were prompt, professional, flexible and fun. The moment they arrived they were working; unloading cars, unpacking containers and started right in on decorating, putting together flower arrangements and ironing table clothes. And just before my daughter walked down the aisle, one staff member (Connor) hit record on the iPad he previously set up at the end of the aisle, when everyone else was preoccupied. If it were not for him, we would not have this special day recorded. Impressed is an understatement, they went above and beyond and never stopped moving until every item was packed up, put away and loaded back in the cars. Pacheco's staff made the event much more relaxing for me (mother of the bride), the bride and all guests. I highly recommend Pacheco's for your event. read more

Hiring Pacheco's was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our venue was very large and we were setting up/taking down everything ourselves. Pacheco's helped clean up in the evening even in the dark and rain. By the time the reception was over, they cleaned up the ceremony area and were on to your reception tables and chairs. Our friends and family were able to enjoy the wedding and not worry about cleaning up until the end of the night. They were very professional and efficient, a great deal too! read more

We hired Pacheco's wedding and events to help tear down and clean up for our wedding last Saturday and, unfortunately, am very disappointed at how poorly the night ended. I've been to several weddings where I stayed on afterwards to help the bride and groom clean up and as a bride, this time around, I wanted to make sure I didn't make that mistake. So when I was recommended Pacheco's, I was so happy and we thought the added cost was well within reason, just so we didn't have to worry about anything at the end of the night. On the price sheet there were three different options of services. We selected the basic service or the Jester level for $390. This included 7 main items they committed to including throwing away garbage, sweeping, moping and cleaning the bathrooms along with tearing down decorations and breaking down tables. Although, they did a great job of breaking down tables, very little else was done in an efficient or professional manner. Towards the end of that evening, I went into the kitchen to round up the opened beer left in and around the space to have the crew dump out and then recycled, one of them actually said to me, "oh I'm going to drink these". Very unprofessional. They even asked for a few cases of beer we had left over, and to my regret, gave them two. The main thing that bothered us was the garbage. Their price schedule said "throw away garbage" but what they really meant was that garbage would be bagged and left for us to handle. For a venue that requires you to take your garbage and dispose off site, this was a huge deal. At the end, we were able to use the restaurant next door's garbage bins but not with any help from Pacheco's. I sincerely hope Pacheco's revises their price sheet accordingly. All in all, Pacheco's failed to complete all the 7 items listed in the Jester package. When asked what we actually paid for in a follow-up email, Matthew responded with the venue coordinator present, said everything else would be taken care of by the janitors...this answer is unacceptable. We hired them to perform a specific set of tasks, which they did not complete and didn't even offer to give us credit or a discount based on the services they actually performed. The venue coordinator even pulled me aside at the end of the night with one of my friends and suggested I get some if not all of my money back. Looking back, I would not have hired Pacheco's and went with a more professional event staffing group. If you are going to hired them, I would recommend going over your expectations for the evening, the venue's expectations and how each of those items can be met within the chosen package. If they can not arrange a new agreement. I'm sure Matthew is a great guy but after how Saturday night went, I doubt his business management capabilities. read more

Not only did they work tirelessly throughout the super long day, but they were incredibly professional, great with guests, and very attentive to detail and ensuring high quality work in everything they did. We were so glad to have them, and in fact, I had SEVERAL guests comment on how impressed they were!
