I would have loved to have gone through the bins but didn't have enough time. The girl working in the store just let me browse. The selection was great and I felt the value was very fair. They had a lot of unusual pieces as well. I ended up getting an adorable natural fiber sweater from a higher end brand for under twenty dollars. It was a classic sweater and will be a great closet staple. I also grabbed my son a vintage, light weight wrangler shirt complete with pearl covered buttons for a western themed dinner he is going to. I will def be back!

That includes things like a stone store mascot, a discount from 1-33% for a poem, random promotions of a cookie with your purchase, and more. That said, it's still a thrift store so you may not find what you're looking for any given day. But I've seen some of their posts on social media about hunting for what they resell, and I'm grateful to not have to dig through nasty bins and stand in line at 5am for estate sales. They do that for us to curate a store like this and we pay slightly higher prices. Still, prices here seem reasonable - and they have a variety of discounts! Check 'em out!

There is a lot packed into this store...lots of vintage, antique and new/newer items on consignment...some stuff is from the 80's but a lot is older. They also have clothing as well. First of all, the owner and her daughter (?) are so sweet and helpful. The place is immaculate, full of so much stuff to browse through- 3 downstairs rooms and an upstairs section. I found so many things I couldn't leave without. Including this vintage embroidered pillow. How cute is this?! It goes literally perfectly on my chair. Can't say enough good stuff. The store is situated in a former shopping center…read more While it's not as large as a Goodwill or Salvation Army or Value Village, the store is larger than most single-charity thrift stores. Selection includes a wide range of merchandise such as housewares, crafts, books, furniture, sporting goods, and separate areas for men's, women's, teen's and children's clothing. Clothing is an especially good value when they run "basket sales" for $5. For approximately the first 15 years or so the Top Notch Thrift Store was overseen by woman with retail management experience from the retail store Nordstrom (American luxury department store chain headquartered in Seattle, Washington). Now for the most recent few years, approximately 2022 and on, the store has gone through about one manager a year. Much of the original staff left as well, which is too bad as they were friendly. Some of the new staff are great, some less so. The bargains are always there though. Note: it's also across the street from a coffee and chocolate shop.
