My recommendation to anyone that is thinking about taking their valuable items to AW Cleaners to stop. Unless you want to go through the pain and long enduring pain. The lies that they say that they care about their customers and back the service that they provide. I paid over $800 for AW Cleaners to clean and alter my drapes. Instead, they cut off 12 inches off of a drape and said that they could "fix" it. Look at the photos. This maybe be you if you go to AW Cleaners. Don't do it!

Total was $7.00 one full load took about 45 minutes total. I definitely recommend KINGS LAUNDROMAT location: Columbia Junction Center Washington Boulevard Route 1 Jessup, Maryland behind the Popeyes restaurant. Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM Monday through Saturday. Sunday 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM machines take quarters and credit cards.

I called a number of local shoe repair places and Clarke's was the first one to answer that had weekend hours so I opted to give them a try. Initially, I dropped off the shoe and was told I would get a call with an estimate. I dropped them off on a Saturday and had heard nothing by the following Sunday so I reached out via Facebook messenger and left my number. I was called back by Farrell, the owner, and given a quote, a time estimate and an option to pay via PayPal (they don't do credit cards). Once that was all squared away, Clarke's went to work on my shoe. When it was finished Farrell called me to let me know I could pick it up and explained a little about what he did to the shoe. While Bel Air is a bit of a drive for me, the customer service and quality of the work that Clarke's provided means I will be returning in the future.

The sleeves of the coat were starting to get very dirty looking because of course it's white. Well I took my items in to see if they could bring them back to life. The lady was very cautious about my coat but stated she was willing to try. I prepaid and they will take your number and last name so they can find your items for pick up. I was told to pick up the following week on Wednesday. So it was going to be there about a week. Fast forward to pick up day!! Have them my number and last name and they immediately found my items and showed me them to inspect! Guess what my coat was back to the bright white they once were!!
