I walked in needing a Vivienne Westwood shirt mended, a pair of VW pants taken shorter and tapered , a pair of VW shorts taken shorter and I needed a pair of Marc Jacobs pants shortened and let out a bit in the hips. NONE OF THESE ITSMS WERE CHEAP :(.I felt very rushed during the process and yet I gave her a shot anyways. 4 days later I went back. The shirt was great, the shorts were good , the MJ pants were a great length, but she couldn't let out in the hip like discussed and the VW pants looked awful (I didn't fully realize til I got home all the flaws). I would not recommend this place for anything other than simple simple alterations. Not only did I spend a lot, I also was charged for the service she couldn't provide (the hip being let out). Now trying yet another place to see if the job can be fixed. Wish me luck.

The customer service and the way the owner spoke in addressing the discrepancy and miscommunication was an awful experience.
