They packed it all up, and in a few days returned the things for which I requested a rush order. Their work on those items was outstanding. A few months later, when the seasons changed, I requested the return of a few more items of clothing, They selected the items accurately, and delivered them promptly. Fourteen months later, my unit still can't be inhabited, my things are still stored there. Throughout, they have done a great job with the paperwork for me and the insurance company, saving me much aggravation. I strongly recommend them for remediating fire and smoke damage to textiles.

They told me that I could bring the collar in for them to determine if they could do the job. I was helped immediately and they recommended that I go to Joann Fabric to purchase rivets for the dog tag. They were able to assist on the spot without an appointment, and they were so careful in the placement of the tag, as not to cause any discomfort to my dog while he's wearing it.
