Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. Val not only suggested a reasonable length with an explanation why, she also had L curl lashes in supply and used both those and another curl type to create a really beautiful look. I look and feel great in them. Her isolation skills are great. And retention is very very good. When it comes to lash extensions, some lashes look too crazy in person and look nice on photos.
