He sent me home with a few exercises that felt very generic and not specific to my injury. I will say for Bay Therapy that the man at the reception desk is lovely. I've since tried another PT office and have been really happy with the quality of care there. My homework feels like it's targeting specific injuries.

I had already waited 4 weeks for my first appointment while I was having a lot of pain and now, I had to wait another month for my first appointment. Not only was she rude, but she had a smile on her face as if she enjoyed seeing me punished. I called to complain about her. After 37 minutes of holding, I was finally connected to the office manager's voice message. I left a detailed message, but no one cared to call me back and hear my concern. This place is small with a parking issue. More importantly, they are rude and do not care about valuing their clients. You are not obligated to use their physical therapy center. I would recommend going somewhere else where you are treated with respect.

But the main reason I would suggest going to any other local PT location in the Burbank area is the main woman running the front desk is the least customer facing person I've seen in a while. That is not a way to run a business or the first thing you want someone to experience when they enter the office. She's grumpy, yells at customers and isn't there to help your experience be better especially when booking more appointments. And she certainly doesn't take suggestions to improve the experience well at all. 0 of 5 stars on service there Imperial. Some basic customer service 101 goes a long way.
