It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.

He's amazing, full stop: attentive, knowledgeable about many aspects of PT, and a high-level athlete himself. As a life-long outdoor sports lover, I've banged myself up a fair amount and done a LOT of PT to stay tuned up. Glenn has shown himself to be on of the best professionals I've seen. Beyond the in-person care, he also shows real care and concern, asking questions of other professionals unsolicited and sharing the feedback. My hip is feeling back to normal and I'm back at my activities now. Not just that, he managed to fix an old whiplash neck injury with a few minutes of assessment and simple exercises, which 2 other PTs hadn't been able to resolve! I have loved going to PT because I understand my body more than ever before and I have a better appreciation for running mechanics. I don't recommend this company at all. The receptionist Amber is the nicest person ever, which is…read morethe only positive thing I have to say. The therapist I used said he didn't want me to exercise because it would inflame my back which was in pain. The therapies didn't help much at all, and he did weird things like placing his hands on my abdomen, pelvis and back while closing his eyes saying it would break up the fascia. I quit before the full 8 sessions because it didn't help at all. The biggest complaint I have is they kept sending me notices saying I didn't pay for a certain day, and then when I proved I paid it, the lady would say well it must be a different day. I had paid my copays every visit at the time of arrival except one appt to which I was late, and they charged me double the next time. Then months later after I had stopped going they charged me again for the late visit saying that they booked me out for a full hour but since I was only there for 45 min they couldn't bill my insurance the full hour, so would charge me another copay. They said I signed it in the beginning acknowledging their late fees. Then a few weeks later I got another notice that said I owed them another copay. I told them I had paid all their copays, and then the lady said well you arrived late this one day so you owe us another. I said I have a receipt from you with your name on it showing I paid that late fee copay. In any case, I ended up having to take pictures of all the receipts I had and email it as proof that I paid. I lost one of them, but since I had already done my taxes that year wasn't saving them all. So then she said, well that date you don't have a receipt for is the one you need to pay, even though I know I paid it already. I paid it because 25 dollars is not worth going to collections, but I will say they try to get your money and you better save your receipts because they obviously don't do good record keeping. Also, if it was a good business they would have a camera in the front watching their lobby and be able to see that I paid all my copays on arrival. I also went to rebound physical therapy and they gave me real exercises that actually helped my back. And funny thing, I saved all my receipts because of my previous experience with southside trying to claim I didn't pay them, but never once did I have a problem with rebound saying I didn't pay... Don't go to southside! Go somewhere else. They take your money and don't have good therapy.
