I can only comment on the Bend location but so far it's been amazing in every way. Going in I wasn't sure if I was going to have chronic pain forever and just figure out how to manage it. It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.

I don't recommend this company at all. The receptionist Amber is the nicest person ever, which is…read morethe only positive thing I have to say. The therapist I used said he didn't want me to exercise because it would inflame my back which was in pain. The therapies didn't help much at all, and he did weird things like placing his hands on my abdomen, pelvis and back while closing his eyes saying it would break up the fascia. I quit before the full 8 sessions because it didn't help at all. The biggest complaint I have is they kept sending me notices saying I didn't pay for a certain day, and then when I proved I paid it, the lady would say well it must be a different day. I had paid my copays every visit at the time of arrival except one appt to which I was late, and they charged me double the next time. Then months later after I had stopped going they charged me again for the late visit saying that they booked me out for a full hour but since I was only there for 45 min they couldn't bill my insurance the full hour, so would charge me another copay. They said I signed it in the beginning acknowledging their late fees. Then a few weeks later I got another notice that said I owed them another copay. I told them I had paid all their copays, and then the lady said well you arrived late this one day so you owe us another. I said I have a receipt from you with your name on it showing I paid that late fee copay. In any case, I ended up having to take pictures of all the receipts I had and email it as proof that I paid. I lost one of them, but since I had already done my taxes that year wasn't saving them all. So then she said, well that date you don't have a receipt for is the one you need to pay, even though I know I paid it already. I paid it because 25 dollars is not worth going to collections, but I will say they try to get your money and you better save your receipts because they obviously don't do good record keeping. Also, if it was a good business they would have a camera in the front watching their lobby and be able to see that I paid all my copays on arrival. I also went to rebound physical therapy and they gave me real exercises that actually helped my back. And funny thing, I saved all my receipts because of my previous experience with southside trying to claim I didn't pay them, but never once did I have a problem with rebound saying I didn't pay... Don't go to southside! Go somewhere else. They take your money and don't have good therapy.

I worked with Lela Stemple, and she was a great PT to work with from start to finish. She helped me improve my strength and mobility step by step, and I always felt like the exercises were tailored to where I was at in recovery. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made the whole rehab process a lot less stressful. Recovery hasn't been easy, but having a PT who's supportive, knowledgeable, and positive makes a huge difference. I've made a lot of progress and really appreciate all the help along the way. Definitely recommend Rebound Bend South if you need physical therapy after surgery or an injury.

Rachel was my therapist, and I feel like I won the lottery in getting to work with her! Caring, competent, friendly, fun - she's a true credit to her profession. Rachel set up a comprehensive therapy plan for both at the clinic and for me to do at home, and worked side by side with me through every step of my rehab. She definitely made me work, but was always encouraging and responsive to my needs and questions, and she genuinely cared about my progress. You could always tell she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. Alida (and please forgive me if I misspelled your name!), one of the assistants that I worked with a lot, was absolutely fabulous as well. Bright and bubbly, with a fantastic attitude. Like Rachel, she was constantly encouraging me and congratulating me on every milestone I reached, large and small. And Jamie at the front desk always had a big smile, a friendly hello, and an infinite amount of patience in helping me set up my appointment schedule. Let's face it, rehabbing from knee replacement surgery is not fun, and requires a lot of work. But thanks to Rachel, Alida, and the great folks at Rebound, I went from an initial dread of going to physical therapy to actually looking forward to my sessions. PT here was great -- no complaints…read more HOWEVER, I had a very similar experience as reviewer S W. from 2021. It seems like nothing has changed in their extremely money-grubbing, predatory ways. I was told that each visit would have only a small co-pay of less than $20 dollars based on my insurance. I then received a bill for SEVERAL THOUSAND which was then "generously lowered" to several hundred dollars after calling them. When I attempted to call them and further dispute the charges, I was punted back-and-forth between the front office and billing office with no one able to clarify what the extra charges were for. On my most recent attempt to call them, I was told that I had been sent to collections several weeks ago (despite me calling the office the entire time). I am writing this review to warn others to make sure that these things do not happen to other unsuspecting people. Do not come here if you don't want to be scammed. I didn't pay heed to S W's review and look what happened to me.
