She is the most caring and most gentle person I have ever met. From the first day she treated me like we were old friends. I was comfortable around her from the first minute we met (which I feel is super important when it comes to someone in the medical field). She sympathizes with the fact I'm in pain and does everything in her power to make the cleaning of the wound as bearable as possible (if you've never had a bad burn, this is practically impossible).
