When walking in Zoey and two other girls were at the counter and no one welcomed me or explained what I was required to do for checking in. I stood at the counter two feet in front of Zoey, staring at her, and she wouldn't even acknowledge me looking for information. My understanding of the agreement was that it required patients to resolve legal claims through arbitration rather than in court. I chose not to sign the agreement because I was not comfortable waiving my right to pursue past, present or future claims in court. As a result, I was informed that I could not be seen unless I signed it. I believe patients should carefully review any arbitration agreement before signing it and understand its legal implications. This requirement was significant enough that I decided to seek dermatology care elsewhere. I had previously referred several people to the former practice, Divine Dermatology, and have since let them know about this policy so they can make their own informed decisions.

The appointment was $170.... for 60 seconds and him mentioning acutane. 2 months later I get a $410 bill on top of the $170 for the appointment. The 60 second appointment that he was also late for.
