A college friend of mine recommended Conna and I could not have been more satisfied. Clearing out my Mother's belongings and life was an emotional experience for me. Conna was able to keep me on track while showing empathy for my loss and emotions. She pushed me to list it higher than I planned. Conna provided with me with sources and options to assist in readying the apartment for listing. She gave solid advice on where to make improvements and where not to waste my money. Despite her being the agency Broker with many listings and clients, she stayed personally involved with my listing and sale. Within a week, we had a contract. As is common in Condo sales, we had a couple of snags getting to closing. One on my end and a far more complicated one for the buyer's financing. Conna took the lead on both issues working directly with the Condo Association on my behalf and the underwriter on the buyer's behalf despite not being the "buyer's agent". Her experience, demeanor, and local knowledge shined through. The deal would have fallen through without her. Should you choose Conna as your agent, you are not just choosing her. You are getting a TEAM of professionals that are all and always available for any questions or issues you may have. Conna' direct Assistant Joseph is her Ace. I ask a lot of questions. I am a PITA. Never once did I have a question, issue, or need that within the same day of asking, Conna or Joseph did not have an answer and solution by the end of the business day. In fact, there were many times on Joseph's day off, he would get back to me. As you can tell from this review, I am a big fan. Sadly, my father passed away a year later and left me his Condo an hour away at Perdido Beach. If not, be very sure I was even MORE SATISFIED the second time around. Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday and my son in laws 40th birthday. We arrived, checked in and hurried to the first condo 2/ 1902. We checked it out and everything was good except the second bedroom door to the balcony did not close. My daughter and I then left to go to the second condo 2/ 601 to set up the surprise for the birthday boys. Upon arriving, we first noticed the entrance was filt. The walls were all scuffed and dirty. We proceeded to the living room to start setup. We didn't have much time to go through the entire condo because of time but when we did... oh my gosh, the carpet and wall were extremely nasty. Most of the issues were cosmetic and i knew that calling them would not fix the issue while we were there so I didn't call. We just dealt with it. On saturday morning I got up to make breakfast only to realize the number 4 on the oven didn't work so I cooked on 399. Not that big a deal. Then that night, I washed our pool towels only to find the washer did not wring the towels. They were sitting in water and I had to wring them by hand. Then I had to run the dryer 5 times just to get them dry. Once I returned home, I contacted the office just to let them know of the issues and a very sweet young lady told me she would look into the matter and that we should get some type of compensation. I never asked for anything. I was told someone would call me back. That call never came. I waited over a week and called back. I spoke to Jacob Beckham ( the manager). Who told me to send the pic I had. I did and agsin, no call back. I did receive an email from him saying he received my pics. I called several times and was always told he would call back but he was away, then it was he is too busy because of the 4th of July weekend. Then they just didnt put him on the phone. Finally I spoke to a woman name Yvonne. She was the rudest person until Jacob picked up. He was worse than Yvonne. I have never treated so bad in my entire life life. I can't even explain the anger I felt when hanging up with them. They are a horrible representation of that company and if I could speak to the owners of the condo, i would tell them to find another management company because I would never ever go back to pensa beach property. What's sad is the others have complained ab the exact same issues and still they're doing nothing about it. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
