There was an aggressive tone about a willingness to litigate for improper use of studio images and a push to create a large media package. I believe they sent a "B" team for my event as it did not warrant their attention. When all was said and done I had a few nice photos and never received the album I had paid for in my "package". When I contacted the studio I was told it was sent. It was never received and they offered me the opportunity to purchase all of the images instead. I would not recommend this company for special occasions.
