As first-time buyers there was a lot we didn't know, Stephanie and Annie at RPM Mortgage led us through the entire process, were thoughtful, always on time, and always responsive to any questions we had. Our realtor suggested we offer to close in 25 days to make our offer more enticing (we were up against 2 cash offers).
