Parking: really small lot. Try to park on the street TLDR: competitive rates but not very responsive during the waiting period. Not technologically savvy. Lack of safety procedures on site. They are patient and willing to explain but do your research I was referred here by a coworker. I have refinanced once already and with rates dropping it made sense to refinance again. I spoke with Serena and she provided competitive rates. She provided a quote quickly. They are not fluent with the newest tech. I filled out the extensive paperwork (none of it was online and had to be printed out and filled by hand). I turned it in and haven't heard anything for a week. I followed up and got forwarded an email asking where my file was. They are not very responsive in terms of the status the application process. I never got refinance estimate until four weeks later when they told me to go in to the office to sign the paper work during a pandemic. This was my first time seeing the estimates. I was annoyed that I had to verify that the numbers matched with what I was quoted in the email. Also it didn't help that they had people who were new to the process explain the refinancing process to me. I was fortunate I had gone through the process before and new what to expect but I was confused what they were talking about. It took me a while to process everything to realize it was correct. I am glad the people are patient but it would make things easier if they sent out the estimates before hand. Bring your pen, sanitizer, mask and face shield. They pack way too many people in a building with too much furniture and paper. Imagine sitting in the back seat of a Mini Cooper with two other people in the car. No room for 6 feet social distancing or proper ventilation. I give it 4 stars cause they are fast and straight to the point. They are not trying to force you to buy anything. We recently refinanced a mortgage through Victoria Financial Corp. Mr. George Zhu was our loan officer. The experience was pleasant and easy; the process was fast and easy; and the interest rate was lower than we expected! Mr. George Zhu was efficient, honest, polite, and well organized. Like many loan applicants, I wasn't able to have all the required materials ready when applying for the refinance. Instead of having me searching for these documents myself, George contacted my insurance company and employer directly and obtained the documents I missed. This saved me a lot of time. Interest rate fluctuates all the time. George certainly kept his eyes on the rate. I thought I had a low 30-yr mortgage rate of 5.75% in 2005. Of course, with the huge financial crisis in 2008, our main money man, Mr. Bernanke had to keep printing money to push our interest rates lower. And low it went. I refinanced my mortgage to a fixed 30-yr 4.5% in 2010 with Victoria Financial at NO COST. The procedure was painless. It was all done via e-mails, and I only had to go into their office once to sign the final loan docs. It took about one month from my loan application to final closing. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and thoroughly via e-mail. OK, I was satisfied with 5.75%, but now I am happy with a 4.5% mortgage in 2010. And as you know, mortgage rates dropped again in 2012. Thus, I just refinanced my mortgage a 2nd time with Victoria Financial at an insane rate of 3.75% fixed with NO COST again. Keep in mind that the average annual inflation rate is 3.3%. Money is too damn cheap nowadays. This 2nd refinance was even FASTER than the first one. The timeline from my loan application submission to signing the loan docs was two (2) weeks! YMMV, but I was happily surprised that it was done in such a timely manner. Now I can chill with my 3.75% mortgage. Would it go even lower than this? Probably not, but you never know! Overall, if you want to refinance, you should definitely call this place for a quote. When they say NO COST, they mean NO COST with nothing out of your pocket and no increase of your loan principal amount! read more

Where should I start? The person assigned to refi my loan apparently went on "vacation" without finishing the loan process. I only knew this bc I had not received a response to an email where i had told him to lock my rate! After a couple days of anxiously waiting, I called the office and somebody there told me that he was gone indefinitely. Kinda fishy? Yes. The whole process with Victoria Financial was a mess. I had started the process last year and completed all the paperwork and scanned it. 2 mos ago I sent a follow-up email to ask how to submit the application. Was told, to complete the application online. What? That's not what the initial email said. The email even had the application to print and complete. (thus minus 1 star) Anyways, I redid the application online and sent all attachments are requested. We went back and forth with what missing docs they needed and it got confusing at times as we had already sent them in. Even though my friend used Serena for her loan, I did not even speak to her. Rebecca handled everything for us. When there was confusion, I got a call from her to further clarify things. If it were not for her, we would have given up. Her constant, clear communication was a savior. She was so sweet..very friendly on the phone. When it came to signing, she offered to have someone come in earlier than when their offices open so it would not interfere with my patient's appts. That was very nice. Going the extra mile made a difference. The morning we went to the office to sign the loan, we brought in some pastries to thank her. She wasn't there, but she had this very nice gentleman to help us with the signing. It went very smoothly. He was able to answer all our questions. They set up the parking with a canopy and chairs to be COVID safe. I was pleasantly surprised that they gifted us a Pressure cooker for doing business with them! I had my loans with B of A and Union Bank and my understanding is that they are supposed to notify the home insurance when there is a change in the Lender on the home. Neither of the banks did that as I had still had Sunrise, my old lender on there. Today, I received a letter from my home insurance notifying me that they are changing the lender to Victoria. Now..that is service and truly felt Victoria Financial tied all loose ends. Refinance Service This company does a great job. I refi my home with them twice. The first time was a better experience than the second. The second time the "loan person" seems somewhat new to the job and took a very long time with the process, she even spelled my name wrong. Overall they do delivered what was promised for a no point no cost refi. I was very iffy at first and kept interrogating them of how will they make money off of deal like this. What I took away was that they have a contract with the current banks they are working with and receives percent bonus from those banks. Hence they do not charge their clients. This review is long over due... I have done refinance many times with them for over 5 years, several times for primary homes and many times for investment homes. That's my only one- stop shop for refi. Their process is simple and everything is done in house as they are direct lender, and have in-house underwriter and escrow. All you start is to fill out a simple application form with only the vital info, no need to fill out all the details as your financial details will revealed on your credit report anyways. Of course, you will need to provide them with your income and tax info to prove you are capable to pay back the loan. They will conduct all the work afterwards, including quick appraisal, rate locking. Their no point no fee is absolute Zero cost, and yet no one can beat their rate, you can take advantage of refi again and again if rate keeps dropping. They don't really mail you a bunch of stuff and all communication is done via email, which is really good for people like me who hates paper work and are on computer all the time. They respond the emails very quickly and always give you status on the weekly basis. They are able to lock the rate as they quote to you at the beginning, and they also provide the financial advise as to which type of loan fits my financial needs the best. It is peace of mind to let them handle your loan and all my friends and coworkers love them and impressed how they do business so efficiently. The owner Serena is absolutely amazing.
