Stephanie is very good at what she does. I have hired her for 3 transactions so far: making my Will, selling my home, and buying a new home. First, the Will: making a Will can be nerve racking because you have to stare down your mortality and admit that you're going to die some day. I can see why people would put this process off. I'm a realist with a fair amount of health issues so I wanted to make a will to ensure that my personal affects were in order should anything happen to me. Stephanie made the process very easy. I had to gather some documents, give her some numbers, and boom. I had a Will prepared. We gathered a few witnesses to sign those documents and it was done. One big worry off my list. Major bonus: she gave me a copy that will allow me to make minor edits without going through the process all over again. The buying and selling of the homes: This process wasn't easy from the get-go because my buyer had a loan that required jumping through extra hoops. Stephanie was unflappable. She made sure she put the right amount of pressure on the people involved to properly hit their deadlines. Documents were delivered to me in a timely manner. She was always very professional both on the phone and via e-mail. She even made sure that she put me in the best position to save money at every opportunity.
