Her staff is beyond rude, they never answered any question we had asked and when we called it was we'll get back to you but never did. That was one of the biggest mistakes we have ever made. Now I have a final bill that is charging us for reading our questions and never answering any of them! The topper of it all was they absolutely treated us like dirt and implied at every turn that we were trying to do something shady because we wanted to know what they were doing. We pay you to do a job and that is our right to know.
