Never in my life have I dealt with a car insurance company that was so incompetent & greedy. I was hopeful that after questioning the increase to $202 that it would come back down the next month (which I was told it would by Cassie via email) but instead it went up $50 to $250 a month. I immediately got on the phone with Progressive & was able to get the exact same coverage for only $129 per month. Ridiculous agency.
