We first contacted Kevin Coughran over the phone and we were able to negotiate a price for both photography and video. My husband and I met with Kevin a few weeks later at a Starbucks to go over the plan for the wedding ceremony and reception. Kevin gave us great ideas for the wedding and showed us his photo gallery on his computer, which helped my husband and I see the quality of his work. Kevin provided us with two photographers (one being himself and the other, his sister) and a videographer. They arrived early and immediately got to work. They went back and forth between my husband and I as we were getting ready for the ceremony. Aside from my sister-in-law, Kevin's sister also helped me get ready! During the ceremony, they put a mic on my husband to help capture our wedding vows for the video. They also took photographs from multiple angles in the church during the ceremony. After the ceremony, they took family pictures and pictures of my husband and I alone. We then took pictures at our reception site before we went into the reception hall. They captured all the important moments of our special day. The morning after the wedding, they posted some photos in their Facebook page. About a month and a half later, they mailed us a thumb drive, which included our photos, a highlight video and a documentary video. We had to contact Kevin because my husband and I noticed that the documentary video had parts of our wedding out of order and it was missing a few key moments of our reception. Kevin re-edited the video (at no cost) and fixed these issues. We contacted him again because some of our photos looked dark, but he also fixed these issues. Despite these hiccups, my husband and I would highly recommend Kevin and his team!

She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas.
