At this point I just want a refund but have tried reaching out multiple times with no answer. I just don't know what to do at this point. Update: After almost 2 months, I did get a response, apology and refund. I'm leaving 3 stars because I really enjoyed my first experience- it was a dream! And Bree was phenomenal and is probably one of the most talented photographers around here. The second time still makes me hesitant but I recognize this is a rough season for Bree.
