This Clinic unfortunately and the company has serious marketing issues and management problems…read more From marketing it to Jocks who want to build muscle or having a female on YouTube marketing game day with breast implants and lip injections. This company in west Ashley lost complete credibility with me as I was being treated for about two months and everyone I knew who was in charge of my care either quit or was separated from the company which is a huge red flag when the doctor who's treating you leaves and I received zero calls from her or the clinic and zero chain of custody of my personal bottle of peptides being stored in their fridge South Carolina has a terrible issue of bad customer service all across this state. You would never ever have this happen in GA where I lived for 30 years . This is a south Carolina problem of low IQ front desk staff who are just scrolling their phones all day but never properly communicate with the patient and then fail to let patient know ahead of time of a change in medical MD providers onsite To keep the charade going , instead of the owner taking ownership of these important issues they tell you to leave and not come back . Wow sounds welcoming doesn't it This is 100% what south Carol suffers from is lazy management lazy staff incompetence and mismanagement 100% all day long in Charleston West Trashley and North Charleston and especially the rat hole known as Summerville or Bummersville Good luck if you're being treated at this office !!!!!!

I visited Keystone chiropractic with a Groupon 60 minute deep tissue massage booked with Madeline…read more The office is decorated very nice and the doctor greeted me as I entered. The masseuse was running behind so I was offered to go sit in the massage chair room which was really nice. Madeline started my massage about 25 minutes late Due to her previous massage starting late. It was not a problem at all and she did a fantastic job! I get deep tissue massages on a regular basis for the last 15 years And they are usually fairly painful (but ultimately helpful), however this one was not painful. Madeline did such an excellent job and incorporated pressure point massage. Highly recommend Keystone and Madeline.

This was my first hot stone massage and it felt great. The owners were nothing but nice and even followed up with me via email regarding insurance options for future visits. My intention during the visit was to get some tension worked out- not so much to relax deeply. That being said, it didn't bother me at the time (she was very sweet and happy to share what she knew), but I later questioned if my masseuse was a bit too chatty. My tension was loosened, but I wonder if without so much conversation, I could have had better results. Overall great experience!!
