Once we agreed to a solution his assistant and receptionist worked me in the schedule to help alleviate the gum issue ASAP. In the meantime waiting for my next appointment to start treatment of my gums, antibiotics and pain relievers were given to me. The next day the receptionist called to check the status of my comfort level since I started taking the antibiotics and the other recommendations from Dr. Ebb. It has been almost a month. This may be more of a clerical thing, but not even 1 day after I received the rest of my bill in the mail (which I tried to pay in office) they were calling me asking me where my payment was. Are you kidding me?! I had the bill for one day before being hassled. I had paid every other bill the day of so it wasn't like I was going to try to skip out on it.
