Brian made the home insurance process appear easy and seamless. He worked directly with the mortgage company and the realtor. The documents went to them on the same day we chose our insurance. I had alot of questions. Brian answered the most complex and the simple ones with detail and was able to help me understand the insurance coverage we were considering. There was always a person to talk with or exchange emails with. The answers were immediate, if I had to leave a message got a quick phone call. Everything is electronic, you use an e portal to sign documents. We bundled home and auto, the Insurance we chose had increased coverage amounts, it gives us replacement value for our belongings and it beat our current auto policy rates. I would not be on yelp putting a review but they lied to Facebook saying I was outside of the guidelines for leaving a review. I didn't realize it could only be a good review and not a truthful review so they reported the following as outside of the guidelines............ I went to this broker to get an insurance quote for my car. A week passed and still nothing. I emailed asking if they are going to help me, I was told I didn't answer their question. At that point confused I asked what question? they said they asked how much I pay with my current company. Confused again because knowing what I currently pay does not in any way dictate if an agent can give you a basic quote. I then said I would take my business somewhere else. The next day surprisingly I received an email with a quote and them saying how its more than what I pay..... How did you know and of course it was more you didn't quote me how I asked.
