All have been fantastic. Personally, I was seen by Dr. Spencer-Fuller, and have had the most comprehensive dental exam I've had in the past 20 years! It was also refreshing to not feel as if all they were trying to do is see how many services they could sell to me. Dr. Spencer-Fuller did make me aware of different options for various treatments that may be of interest to me, she did not make me feel pressured into any of them, and I felt very educated on what each option entailed, the benefits vs the rewards, and how to make the best choices for my situation. The extraction itself was quick and painless. I did not want to be sedated, so I opted for local anesthesia. I was awake the whole time and felt no discomfort at all. The post operative instructions were comprehensive and clear. They worked with my insurance and the billing was exactly what they had estimated. Overall, this was a superb experience. My bottom teeth were so bad, I lost the ability to chew meat and other nutrients. Dr. V, in an 8-hour surgery, removed all of my teeth and replaced them with implants. When I looked in a mirror, I wanted to throw my arms around him and kiss his very skilled hands. I did not. The new teeth look virtually identical to my original teeth, just far more perfect.
