Taradel gave me a bogus USPS report that "shows: that they delivered it, but the facts on the ground say otherwie. Then they then posted that " Per our Terms of Use, Taradel's responsibility is limited to preparing the mail pieces and presenting them to the USPS for delivery. Your original receipt with our terms and conditions and a copy of the attached postage statement is confirmation that this has been completed.", which absolves them of any responsibility.
