Casual disinterested employees. No help provided to guide…read moreme. I don't use FedEx often and it appears a lot of things on how they do things have changed. But their instructions to me where one word and I would try to figure come back and another one word instruction. They appeared to be upset that customers were coming in in the first place. Spent close to 50 minutes to try to ship some documents and no luck. Tried calling customer service and no help from them as well for a good 15 minutes. Went up the street to UPS and I was in and out in 7 minutes!!

Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

I have used this store to handle Amazon returns and to purchase a few items. The cashier working the front handles the returns. But there is a separate line for the Amazon returns. Recently, when I visited, I was the first person in line for the Amazon returns while there was one other person already being helped by the cashier. The cashier glanced in my direction, so I know she knew I was there. The person she was handling was having a very slow transaction as he kept requesting different things. No problem, that's not her fault. But then, she proceeded to help the next three people that came in the cashier line, even though they arrived well after me. I decided to interject and ask if I was in the right line for Amazon returns. She looked at me, curtly said yes, then went back to taking care of the cashier line. Not a great way to handle the situation. I honestly try to avoid this store but sometimes cant due to the Amazon returns.

Lewis helped with so much of the designs and layouts. His ideas were so great, it made it difficult to choose between them. The event corridinator even commented on how great our booth looked!! Upon contacting the owners and confirming that this was a personal choice made by the manager, I was disappointed to find that no action was taken. Moreover, after sharing my concerns with the owners, whom I believed were committed to not condoning antisemitism, I have been ignored. Having been a loyal customer with a PO Box at this UPS store for over 10 years, it is concerning that they do not value our loyalty or seem to care that they employ someone who would engage in such behavior. If they hate Jews and Israel, who will the discriminate against next??? Needless to say, we have moved our POBox to a very friendly PakMail business in Manakin Sabot.
