They were knowledgeable about the product (not a Tesla) and explained thoroughly what the project entailed. They would be able to do it that Saturday (which was very convenient for me). They arrived early morning on time and spent the entire day snaking the cabling to the garage and moving around some circuit breakers to accommodate the new line. After hooking up the charger they asked me to plug it into my car. Of course, there were issues because the QR code on the charger linking it to my account wasn't working.
