Very responsive. Came the same day to fix a leak I had in my apartment. Was quick and did a great Job.

I am extremely disappointed with the plumbing service I received. The team started cutting the ceiling before I had a chance to move my personal belongings, leaving my towels, toothbrush, and garbage can in a dirty state. They used my brand new mop to clean up poop without informing me, even though they saw me there. To make matters worse, they didn't properly support the pipe they installed. Instead of using the appropriate support, they leaned it on my doorframe, leaving a 75-pound pipe resting on it, which is now causing the doorframe to cave in. The clamps they left were at an angle, which wasn't the correct installation method. They rushed through the job to get to the next one, which showed a clear lack of attention to detail. I had expected more work ethic for the high price I was quoted--especially when other plumbers offered much lower estimates. They left a huge mess on the bathroom walls, floor, and even left footprints throughout my basement. To top it off, they poured human waste at the base of my neighbor's tree without even asking me first, leaving me no chance to stop them. As a result of their negligence, I had to hire cleaners to fix the mess for an additional $300. This was a very frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Ps. Ive been trying to get in contact with him about securing the pipe better since it was left resting on my door frame. Jordan has not responded to my text/ calls. I had to hire a separate contractor to do this job. read more

I hired this company when my kitchen sink "backed up" and was at risk of overflowing. I was impressed with his very prompt reply, within minutes of doing a Yelp search for a plumber. He also was willing to help on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. After assessing the problem and what had been attempted by the plumber who came the day prior, he found a solution. Dorjan was pleasant, listened carefully to my concerns, and got the job done! FYI, this company does not accept credit or debit cards. Did not hire this company bc I felt he was overpricing the work I was requesting. Many times contractors overcharge women bc they assume we don't know better or find us vulnerable I guess. He quoted me @ $500 to replace a $40 part (he claimed the part costed over $100, upon researching the part could cost that much but there were many other options ranging from appx. $40. I had sent out an inquiry to several companies for a busted water tank that was leaking water everywhere and it left me with no hot water. Dorjan responded to my inquiry within minutes and was the only one to ask questions about my tank, size, where leak was, photos, etc. I felt all his questions were very appropriate to diagnose what job needed to be done. Dorjan came out and identified our issue (a failed sump). He was back with a replacement later in the day and now our basement is no longer flooding. Total price for the service was $1800 before tax. Google tells me that this is in the reasonable price range for this service, so I'm happy. This service provider is different from your everyday service provider. They do not work the same way. After spending four days communicating with them and my home warranty company, trying to get the two folks to speak directly (per the terms of my home warranty company), the service provider, DC Piping & Heating Corp, would need to call my warranty company to authorize the job (I believe they want to be sure the service provider is licensed and insured). And at the end, this service provider said no to calling the home warranty company for authorization despite my promising to pay DC Piping & Heating Corp directly. read more

I was told that a service had been provided, which turned out to be a lie that I am now having to have fixed by another, reliable and competent plumbing company. I've reached out for a refund and was told that it was "not their fault. We told you the price ahead of time."
